Time for more signings...
Fran Wilson on leaving champions Oval Invincibles to join Welsh Fire: "There were a few elements to it really. I retired from international cricket and moved back to the West Country so aligning the Western Storm with Welsh Fire, that’s quite a nice thing as a domestic player to have that security.
"Welsh Fire were also just really keen to have me, and they outlined the leadership side of things, batting in the top order and when a team offers you that and really wants to see you grow as a player, it’s hard to turn down."
As the unconventional way this draft is announced continues, the next signings will be announced at 13:00 BST.
They will be the players who are joining Northern Superchargers and Manchester Originals.
The Originals have all three men's overseas spots to fill.
Welsh Fire have gone from an underwhelming 2021 women's squad to one that looks very solid indeed.
Here's a reminder of how London Spirit are looking going into the summer.
There is still time to agree deals to fill those vacant places in the women's squad.
Liam Dawson, who has made the switch to London Spirit from Southern Brave, has just been speaking to BBC Sport: "I'm delighted with the move because when you re-enter the draft, you don't know where you'll end up.
"I am really pleased I'll get to play at Lord's. I have some good memories of playing there, and have done well in finals for Hampshire there.
"I'm looking forward to linking up with my fellow Hampshire players (Mason Crane and Brad Wheal) and to play under Eoin Morgan is always fantastic.
"Glenn Maxwell and Kieron Pollard are legends of the game too, so I think we've got a fantastic team together.
"I only played a couple of matches for Brave last year because of a broken finger but I loved the atmosphere and it was great to see so many young people enjoying cricket."
We mentioned earlier how Tom Banton originally did not agree to stay with Welsh Fire and went back into the draft, only to be resigned anyway.
He's been speaking to my colleague Ffion Wynne about that.
"I just went back into the draft to see what would happen and I’ve ended up back at the Welsh Fire, which is good news," he said.
"We’ve got a few new faces, which will be good and I’m really looking forward to being back involved."
Welsh Fire's men could line up with a top six of Jonny Bairstow, Tom Banton, Joe Clarke, Ben Duckett, David Miller and Ollie Pope this summer.
That would be pretty handy...
London Spirit have made three high-profile signings for the women's competition.
As we've said, they lost England's Tammy Beaumont but have snapped up Australia batter Beth Mooney to replace her at the top of the order, and have signed New Zealand's all-rounder Amelia Kerr and Aussie bowler Megan Schutt.
Sophie Luff, who captained Welsh Fire last year, moves across to the Spirit.
England's Tammy Beaumont after her move to Welsh Fire: “I’m beyond excited to be leading Welsh Fire this summer. I loved my time with London Spirit but the opportunity to captain Welsh Fire was something I couldn’t turn down.
"We are building a really talented squad, full of world-class players and we can’t wait to get out in front of our amazing fans in Cardiff and put on a show.”
Welsh Fire's women have been as busy as the men.
The big news is that England opener Tammy Beaumont has made the dramatic move from London Spirit to take up the Fire captaincy.
But that is not all. There are six further signings announced today, including two Australia World Cup winners in batter Rachael Haynes and bowler Annabel Sutherland.
The BBC's very own Alex Hartley has also made the move from Manchester while Fran Wilson, another with international experience, joins from Oval Invincibles.
Tasty.
The Fire have done pretty well there for me...
Welsh Fire had second pick in the draft which was helpful as they had seven spots to fill - the most of any team.
The Fire have splashed the cash on uncapped English batter Joe Clarke who did not agree a new deal at Manchester Originals. He joins Fire in the top £125,000 pay bracket.
Similarly, explosive England batter Tom Banton did not agree a deal with the Fire but they have resigned him in the draft anyway by using their right-to-match card.
Elsewhere, the Fire have made some exciting overseas signings. Australia leg-spinner Adam Zampa, teenage Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah and big-hitting South Africa batter David Miller all join.
Their final two draft signings were Warwickshire batter Sam Hain and, intriguingly, 18-year-old Jacob Bethell.
Bethell, who signs on a £30k deal, has only played three professional T20s but starred as an opener in England's run to the Under-19 World Cup final earlier this year.
Let's start with London Spirit. They had first pick in the draft and they have used that to snap up West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard in one of their two free £125,000 category slots.
Pollard, the Windies T20 captain, is a serial winner of the T20 circuit, in particular with the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League.
Elsewhere, England spinner Liam Dawson makes the move from Southern Brave to the Spirit - and jumps into the £125,000 price bracket as he goes - while their third overseas signing (Glenn Maxwell had already been retained) sees Australia fast bowler Riley Meredith join.
Kent opener Daniel Bell-Drummond moves across from Birmingham Phoenix having played only three games last year, all-rounder Jordan Thompson joins having been released by Northern Superchargers and Spirit's right-to-match card has been used to keep hold of bowler Chris Wood.

The elephant in the room when it comes to big-name signings is the uncertainty over the international schedule.
There is little point paying big bucks for a player who is going to be away on international duty.
West Indies, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa and Afghanistan could all have series that impact players availability in the summer.
As a result, expect big money to be spent on the domestic players who will be available for every game.
There will also be women's signings announced today although there was no draft for the women's competition.
Instead teams could retain an unlimited number of players and those not picked were able to begin negotiations with other teams.
International stars like Alyssa Healy and Ellyse Perry, two of Australia's World Cups winners, and most of the England players have already been locked in but there will still be big names announced today.
The women's teams can still be filled up until June.
