Hampshire 103-3 (12 overs) v Bears
Craig Miles bowls over number 12. Pretty tidy. Only seven off it.
Just 20 off the last four now, for the loss of three wickets. Have the Hawks had their wings clipped?
Dan Mousley stays on for another over.

I think Dan Mousley has been watching Imran Tahir, not necessarily for his bowling but for his celebrating!
Hampshire 96-3 (11 overs) v Bears
A third scalp for the Bears.
Dan Mousley strikes - but that brings in former Worcestershire big hitter Ross Whiteley.
Hampshire 96-2 (10 overs) v Bears
Those two wickets have slowed up the visitors.

The two big scorers have gone in quick succession and the Bears are dragging themselves back into this.
New man in is Tom Prest - and he starts with a single.
But next ball Ben McDermott tries to cut, plays on - and Bears skipper Carlos Brathwaite has a second wicket.
Two scalps in three deliveries.

The Bears were confident they heard a noise.
It is a great start for Hampshire, but that is definitely a big plus for the Bears.

Tidy effort again from Jake Lintott.

Hampshire are really starting to find their feet here. And if you're a real Hawks fan, you won't want either of these batters to get out to disrupt that.
But Hampshire will need a big total as Birmingham are very much the form team in this competition with the bat.
Hampshire 61-0 (6 overs) v Bears
Hampshire old boy Danny Briggs enters the attack - but it does not go too well. 18 off the over to conclude the first Powerplay of the night as Vince and McDermott continue to tuck in.
Time for the Bears to turn to left-arm mystery spinner Jake Lintott.
Hampshire 43-0 (5 overs) v Bears
10 off Dan Mousley's first over - the best of them comfortably disappearing over long on for four from James Vince.
Hampshire 33-0 (4 overs)
First maximum of the night as Ben McDermott pulls Carlos Brathwaite into the Hollies Stand.
Dan Mousley comes on at the City End.

There is something of a flamboyance about Carlos Brathwaite and his captaincy has set that tone amongst the team.
Hampshire 18-0 (3 overs) v Bears
After another tidy over from Olly Stone, it's Carlos Brathwaite time.
Could be hard to keep up with the score here. It turns out there is "an IT issue" and the Edgbaston scoreboards aren't working!
Birmingham Bears v Hampshire Hawks
There is no doubt that the Bears start as favourites for this one, with the way they topped the North Group.
But Hampshire do have momentum on their side, having won nine of their last 10 games to secure the final qualification spot in the South Group.
They have also seen Yorkshire Vikings upset the odds with that win at Surrey las night. And if you rewind back almost 12 months, the Hawks travelled to North Group winners Nottinghamshire Outlaws and claimed a shock two-run win at Trent Bridge.

The Hollies is the sun trap this evening. Most of the stand is bathed in bright sunshine.
