It's tough now for Pakistan. If they win from here it will be something special.

Target 222
The crowd in Karachi has been well and truly silenced.
You would never know that Mark Wood is playing his first game back after surgery - his first ball to Iftikhar Ahmed was clocked at 156.2kph or 97.1mph in old money.
No wonder the Pakistan batters are hopping about in the crease.

Terrific catch from Rashid! He's silenced the crowd at the Karachi stadium.
Haider c Rashid b M Wood 3 (Pak 21-3)
It's three! Mark Wood has another!
Short and in at the body from the England fast bowler. It's far too quick for Haider Ali and he flaps his pull shot into the leg side where Adil Rashid dives to his right to take a fine catch at square leg.
Pakistan are in big trouble and Mark Wood is bowling rockets!

The prize wicket of the world's number one batter in Rizwan. Exceptional bowling from Reece Topley.
Rizwan b Topley 8 (Pak 21-2)
Bowled 'im! England have got both openers early!
Rizwan played and missed with a wild swipe the previous ball, tries it again and this time Topley pegs back his leg stump.
Just the start England wanted with the two fast bowlers brought back into the side doing exactly what would have been asked of them.

This is where England will really test Pakistan's middle order.
Target 222
A very good comeback from Mark Wood, bowling at a really good pace, conceding just six in the over and taking the crucial wicket of Babar Azam.
Haider Ali is in at number three for Pakistan and gets off the mark with a single.

Babar Azam has to go - it was a quick delivery from Mark Wood.
Babar c Topley b M Wood 8 (Pak 17-1)
Mark Wood strikes in his first over back!
Having bowled a very quick bouncer the ball before, Wood goes short again. This time it's a little wider and Babar slashes at it. He gets a thick outside edge and the ball carries all the way to Reece Topley on the deep third boundary.
A simple catch and a big, big wicket for England. Dawid Malan will be mightily relieved.
Mark Wood will bowl the third over. Can his extra pace help England to break this formidable opening partnership?

Reece Topley is one of the most intelligent white-ball bowlers around. It's good to see him back in the side.
Target 222
It's a very solid first over back from Topley with only five runs from it. However, he and England will feel that it could - perhaps should - have brought a wicket.

What a chance that was for England to take an early wicket.
Pak 11-0
Tough chance but a chance nonetheless! A leading edge from Babar Azam as he tried to work Reece Topley to leg.
Dawid Malan jumped at cover and tried to take it one handed but couldn't quite hold on. England will hope that that does not prove as costly as Hales' drop last night.

Pakistan can't afford to get behind the rate but they can't afford to lose early wickets either. That's the challenge for this pair but they are very experienced and the best opening T20 pair in the world.
A thumping drive from Rizwan is straight at the man at short extra cover but he is able to take a single from the last after defending towards point.
Decent start all round, really.
Target 222
Here we go! Dragged down by Dawson and Rizwan heaves the ball leg side for the first boundary of the innings.
Target 222
Liam Dawson is bowling the first over for England and starts with a dot ball. Full, on the stumps and patted back by Rizwan.
Just a single next ball as an untimely bobble takes the ball over Dawson's arm as he went down to field off his own bowling.
It's a quick turnaround in Karachi, the players are out and we're ready for the Pakistan chase.
Hold onto your hats.
