Liam Livingstone has gone off, that is a concern for England. Keaton Jennings is the sub fielder and is immediately sent in to short leg.
Will Jacks does force a false stroke from Imam Ul-Haq as the ball nicks off his inside edge and squirts away for a single.
There's a few oohs and ahhs from the fielders as a slightly uppish shot from Ul-Haq lands just short of Ben Stokes.
It wasn't really a chance, but it's the closest England have come for a while.

It's a flat wicket so there is a chance of Pakistan matching the score.

Pakistan are looking like they aren't going to lose a wicket and continue to bat.
Ben Stokes is trying everything to extract a wicket. There's three men around the bat now for Jack Leach.
Ooh, what's Liam Livingstone done there? He pulls up slightly as he runs round from deep mid-wicket to field and signals to the dressing room. He may be going off here.
Time for a drinks break with Pakistan ticking along nicely.
Will Jacks getting a bit of tap now. It is a lovely shot from Abdullah Shafique however as he plays a glorious straight drive down the ground for four.
Ominous.
We are going to have another close-in fielder as Joe Root gets his pads and helmet on and moves to short leg.
That is just the delivery you won't want to see when you are fielding there, though.
It is too short from Will Jacks. Imam Ul-Haq rocks back and - with Root taking evasive action - thwacks it through mid-wicket for four.

I don't see much happening for the spinners for the next few days.
Abdullah Shafique looks to hit Jack Leach over the top again but it does not quite have enough power and it bounces short of the boundary, with Pakistan running two.
Ben Stokes is fielding pretty much next to Jack Leach at a short cover/silly mid-off position, continuing to rally the troops.
England are going to be out there for a while so it is important to keep spirits up.
There's an appeal for lbw from Will Jacks as the ball thuds into Imam Ul-Haq's pads.
The umpire says no and England decline the appeal. Looks a wise choice, Ul-Haq had come way, way down the track.

In our days pitches had a lot more carry and bounce and those 10 years when we were absent from cricket and had to play in the UAE, no-one took care of pitches back home. The stadiums need renovation and the pitches need to be relayed perhaps.
Jack Leach continues to plug away - that's his third maiden from six overs. He has bowled 33 dot balls in his spell so far, the only runs being two fours and a six.

This has been coming.
Abdullah Shafique has given himself a few sighters from Will Jacks and has had enough, skipping down the track and launching him over mid-wicket for six.
Belter of a shot.
You can't beat a good cover drive and that is a classic example from Imam Ul-Haq, whose wristy shot beats the full stretch dive of the fielder and races away for four.

After the carnage of the first four sessions this feels a lot more like old-school Test cricket.
Two byes off Will Jacks' latest over, though I may have just detected the slightest hint of turn.
It is still early though so I may be seeing things.
Jack Leach loses his length slightly and Imam Ul-Haq is able to tuck the ball around the corner, with the ball racing away across this rapid outfield for four.
Pakistan doing well to pick the bad balls and dispatch them for runs.
Will Jacks has a very loopy action and gives the ball plenty of air.
Abdullah Shafique helps himself to a boundary when his clips the ball through mid-wicket for four.
Change of bowling at the other end as Will Jacks comes on for his first over in Test cricket.
