It hasn't quite been the game of cricket we were after.

  2. NZ 69-8published at 13 overs

Darcie Brown's figures are equally impressive. She bowled 18 dot balls in taking 1-11 from her four overs.

    Rowe lbw b Gardner 9 (NZ 65-8)

All the reds. Hannah Rowe departs for nine. It kept a bit low and deceived Rowe as she stepped back into her crease.

New Zealand are being dismantled here.

That was out for me on first instinct. I can't see it being overturned.

That looks pretty out to me.

  8. New Zealand reviewpublished at 11.5 overs

Hannah Rowe has reviewed an lbw, but very much in hope than expectation. This looks plumb.

I almost can't believe it, it is too easy. They are just gifting their wickets away. It is as soft as you like.

There is turn in the wicket but these batters have played on turning wickets before. It is just poor batting.

That is the easiest catch you could wish for.

    Tahuhu c Harris b Gardner 2 (NZ 64-7)

Here's another one. This is catching practice.

Lea Tahuhu has not picked the spin and lofted the ball straight to Grace Harris for another simple catch.

Ash Gardner is 2-3 from seven deliveries.

  14. NZ 64-6published at 11 overs

The tension was taken out of this game a long time ago but Australia, being the ruthless side they are, will be seeking these last four wickets.

It's just too easy for Australia. You can't help but feel they have been gifted their wickets tonight.

New Zealand just haven't played well. It seems like a formality for Australia now.

South Africa will be really enjoying this at home now.

    Jensen c Jonassen b Brown 3 (NZ 61-6)

    Easy as you like.

Hayley Jensen has lofted the ball straight to Jess Jonassen at mid-on for a routine catch.

Here is that Bernadine Bezuidenhout dismissal - a great catch or an error by the third umpire?

  18. NZ 61-5published at 10 overs

If at first you don't succeed...

Alana King keeps dropping it in short but New Zealand can only pick out the fielders in the on-side - until the last ball, which trundles over the rope.

    113 needed from 60 balls.

    A tough ask.

  19. NZ 53-5published at 9 overs

Hannah Rowe and Hayley Jensen are the new batters.

Australia have used seven bowlers already. They just have so much strength in depth across all departments.

Ash Gardner is one of the biggest turners of the ball in the Australia team and that kept a little bit low.

It wasn't the prettiest of shots.
