Methers: Why is there so much negativity towards Vince? If anyone has watched him over the last 12 months will know he’s one of the best out there at the moment. He’s never been shown the respect he deserves from English fans. Maybe it’s a Hampshire thing??

Bangladesh look very tight and motivated in the field.

Just the one run comes off another Shakib over.

Jam Barrell: To create a headache, Vince needs a red inker seeing England home - 70+ not out. As opposed to looking like doing it but then getting out for 40-50 odd and sparking a collapse. Which I'd say is more likely (hope I'm wrong!)

Four runs from Maustafizur's latest over. England need another 145 off 28 overs. You reckon they'll stroll to that chase, so for Bangladesh, wickets are key.

I'm more confident. Let's go with Patience from Take That.

I reckon I do you know Piemontemio.

Vince's partnership with Curran moves to 46 off 68 balls as England cross the three-figures mark thanks to a two to the off side from the Hampshire batter.

piemontemio: The question you need to ask yourself here is: do you trust James Vince to get England home...?

Eight runs from Mehidy's over. I think England will start to push on again now.

I wonder what it would take for James Vince to create that headache.

Oh hang on, this will help him. James Vince picks Mehidy and flicks the ball down the leg side a foot over the ropes for six.

Jacob Wadsworth: What a shame for some of these guys, really has been such an opportunity for someone like Salt or Vince to give Jos a genuine headache, if anything they've made it easier, & it's not like they haven't been given time to impress.

    Love it Jim!

Back to the action and Mustafizur brings the squeeze, conceding just the two runs from his first over back.

Re: Paul in Huddersfield (11:13), after this morning's trio of wickets I'd like to hear the Red Hot Chili Peppers song that goes "Give it away, give it away, give it away now!"

Bangladesh finish well though, as Taijul Islam restricts England to just a single off his final five deliveries.

Pacer Mustafizur returns to the attack.

England are playing smart cricket, only chasing after the bad balls.

This time Sam Curran gets on to a short and wide one from Taijul, drilling it through the covers for four more.

Seven runs from each of England's last three overs with James Vince chipping one through mid-wicket for four.

A loosener from Mehidy is punished as England's partnership trundles towards 30.

Two singles to finish. England are starting to rotate the strike a bit better now. They're building something.

  18. Eng 74-3published at 16.2 overs

Nice! James Vince gets his first boundary, tapping one through the leg side past a short mid-wicket for four.

    A confidence-building boundary?

Pretty sure Alex Hales opted out of this tour to play in the Pakistan Super League. Not 100% on that though.
