Once Jack Leach is fit once more and available for selection, it will be interesting to see if he gets the call ahead of Moeen Ali.
Darren. Writtle
I suspect so, Darren. Moeen said earlier this week he is still expecting to just fill in for this series.
England share a couple of singles to end the over, meaning the NightHawk retains the strike.
The lead is now 197.

Real wild delivery there, it was hooting by. It can't be long until now they think they need to get bowled out.
Mitchell Starc begins with a wild wide down leg that flies away for four.
That really swung in this strong breeze. I'm sure England will be keeping an eye on that.
Right. Here we go again.
Mitchell Starc to continue the 97th over.
The players are making their way back out.
Good news. It's stopped raining and the covers are being brought off.
We have just seen a shot of Joe Root and Zak Crawley in the England dressing room wearing their training gear, so I don't think a declaration is coming any time soon.
Hmm, some of the ground staff have removed a section of the hover cover, which is still underneath the sight screen, to take a closer look. Has it broken?
What a time for it to break down if so.
A tarpaulin is covering the pitch instead so it is not getting wet.
This windy.
The big hover cover has yet to be brought on to maybe the umpires expect this shower to move on quickly.
It is very windy at Old Trafford. How windy you ask?

The rain is light and steady but it's coming in at quite an angle. This has come sooner than what the weather centre has predicted.
Urgh. England take two singles from three balls before the rain arrives and the players make their way off the field.
It only looks like a light shower though and there is also a stiff breeze that will hopefully move those rain clouds on very soon.
No England declaration. The Australia players are out on the field.
New batter Stuart Broad joins Jonny Bairstow.

To declare at 550 (233) seems like a good target. Bairstow with a neat 75, Broad with a hawk-like 25, and Jimmy polishing it all off.

England to bat on after lunch and get a 200 lead then declare - if bowled out Australia have to trudge back up the steps to their dressing room and prepare to bat just adding to the drama.
Nick, Telford
Here’s the Bazball way to go: come out to bat after lunch. Bat ONE over then put them in. Warner and Khawaja caught cold. Cue 10-2 after 3 overs
Max, Hamburg
That seemed to be the signal to Jonny Bairstow to cut loose a bit before lunch, though Mark Wood was dismissed just before the interval.
Chris Woakes then fell first ball to leave Josh Hazlewood on a hat-trick, though Mark Wood saw off the next delivery.
Harry Brook also reached a half-century before being caught on the boundary by Mitchell Starc off Josh Hazlewood for 61.
Stokes was eventually dismissed, but not before hitting an enterprising 51.
Let's have a quick look back at this morning's action.
Ben Stokes looked to get on with things first up, though Australia missed two great opportunities to run out the England skipper.
