A burst of inspiration from Lauren Filer and a long spell of control from Sophie Ecclestone.
Here's a man abundant in both those qualities to take you through to tea - it's Timothy Abraham.
England need 268 to win Ashes Test
Dunkley (16) edges Garth behind
Beaumont (22) edges Gardner to slip, before Lamb (28) trapped lbw by McGrath
Sciver-Brunt then top-edges Gardner to short fine leg, before spinner pins Knight infront
Australia all out for 257
Ecclestone finishes with 5-63 to finish with 10-192 in Test
Mooney 85, Litchfield 46, Perry 25

Aus 157-3; lead by 167
Lauren Filer doesn't find her line first-off, shifting between bowling round and over the wicket she sends two down the leg-side.
The third ball is much better though, a sharp bouncer that has Mooney weaving out of the way.
Mooney pushes through consecutive twos to finish the session and deny Filer a third successive maiden.

Agree with Ewan - Aussies win this Test and England need to win five out of six in shorter formats to regain Ashes - not happening.

Sophie Ecclestone returns for Heather Knight after three overs of respite. England are in the hunt for wickets before lunch.
Mooney sweeps for two, the only runs of the over. We'll have one more over before the break.
Lauren Filer is absolutely loving this, she hares after a ball new batter Jess Jonassen pats back in her general direction.
The crowd are clapping in each of her run-ups. Another wicket-maiden.

Wow! Are we looking at a new England superstar? She's got pace and it was too quick for McGrath.
To see the stump coming out of the ground is an amazing sight, we don't see that enough in the women's game.
McGrath b Filer 1 (Aus 151-3)
And another! This is fantastic bowling from Filer!
Slightly wide of the crease and angling in, she beats new batter Tahlia McGrath for pace and the ball raps off her pad and into the stumps.
This is an excellent spell just before lunch.
Australia lead by 161
Mooney pushes to point to bring up Australia's 150 off Knight.
McGrath then drives wide off mid-off, the ball breaks through the fielder but there was enough there to slow the ball and stop it going to the boundary.
Wicket maiden for Filer, who finishes off her over with a cracking yorker. New batter Tahlia McGrath just about manages to jam her bat down to block England's debutant out.

The plan has worked! That is an absolute beauty of a short ball, the best bouncer we have seen in this Test match. Perry looked shock and she wasn't able to control it.
You look at how England have bowled this morning and this is what the formula is.
Test cricket sometimes can be simple; pressure, control and probing away.
Perry b Filer 25 (Aus 149-2)
A breakthrough for Filer in her first over!
A short-ish ball and Perry goes to defend. The ball chops off her bat, hits the deck in front of her stumps and breaks the stumps on the way up.
Perry goes, and the partnership is broken at 50.
England introduce the pace of Lauren Filer for the first time this morning, replacing Nat Sciver-Brunt who we know is struggling with a knee injury. She bowled an impressive five overs for 16 runs.
Just two from Heather Knight's second over as Mooney takes two to deep cover. Emma Lamb collects and throws it in smartly.

I felt frustrated with England last night and today they have come out with wiser hands. It has created opportunities. I don't know why Kate Cross, who has an injured hand, was stood in the firing line at extra cover. It wasn't too costly in the end though.
The control from England has created windows of opportunity. Now they need to take their chances.
But I don't know where the game is going to go from here. England need to win this Test to think about winning this Ashes series.
Nat Sciver-Brunt has been a positive for England this morning.
She's helped the hosts to stifle Australia because she's found a consistent line and length.

Nat Sciver Brunt's job is quite like Tahlia McGrath's was the other day.
McGrath looked after the ball and was able to swing it in and away from the bat which caused the bottom order a fair few problems.
Mooney tries to take a quick single off Nat Sciver-Brunt but Ellyse Perry is having none of it. She gets it the following delivery, pushing into the covers.
Perry blocks out a lovely yorker to finish off the over.

We're talking about fine margins on a flat pitch so it's gutting to see.
Heather Knight brings herself into the attack and Sophie Ecclestone finally takes a break after ten overs on the trot.
But she's still right in the thick of the action. A thick edge from Perry and it somehow drops between Amy Jones and Ecclestone at slip. The ball runs away for two.
That wasn't a half-chance - that was a whole chance.

On the subject of there only being one women's Test: I would've liked to see three Tests, because then there would be an equal amount of points for red and white ball cricket. I do like the mix of formats in the women's Ashes, however, putting the highest scoring event first is not a good way of making it exciting.
