Wow. That was nailed over extra cover.
It's beautiful to watch but also quite scary. He hits the ball so, so hard.
Curran oversteps with final ball giving Spirit another chance
But he then bowls Wood to secure win by two runs
Rossington hits superb 61 off 32 & Critchley nearly wins it with 32* off 13

It's not a six this time but Will Jacks has just bludgeoned the ball over extra cover again!
That absolutely flew to the boundary. Dan Lawrence in the covers will be glad not to have got in the way of that one!
Shot of the day so far? Will Jacks' six over extra cover was a bit tasty...
With London Spirit in need of a wicket, they call for a strategic timeout at the end of Matt Critchely expensive opening five.
Impressive acceleration from the Invincibles after failing to score a run from the first six balls.

The power and elevation was spectacular there from Will Jacks.
Too short from Matt Critchley and Will Jacks goes back to wallop it high over wide long on for a big, big six!
There's a split second where it looked like it might be more up than out but no more than that - it went a long way back into the crowd.
Just three singles from the last three balls of the Liam Dawson set, eight from it in total.
More spin to come with Matt Critchley readying himself to bowl the next.
The Oval Invincibles have started to motor after a slow start. A free hit allowed Jason Roy to kick into gear as he pulled Chris Wood for six...
Spin now with Liam Dawson into the attack and Jason Roy reverse sweeps his second ball, up and over backward point for four.

Nathan Ellis has got a very unusual action. It starts with a little skip like a startled horse.
Roy 14, Jacks 27
Plenty of slower balls in the set from Nathan Ellis and - after that first-ball six - they work rather better.
It's a pace on delivery to finish and another swing and a miss from Will Jacks.

That is quite the crunching shot from Will Jacks.
Wow, brilliant shot from Will Jacks as he nails a slower ball from Nathan Ellis over extra cover for six!
Fantastic shot.

The run rate is going along nicely but the most important thing is that the wickets column remains empty.
Slower ball from Chris Wood to end the powerplay, it's flicked for a single by Jason Roy.
After a slow start, Oval Invincibles have gathered some momentum in the past 10 balls.

It looks like the sort of pitch where it's easier to help the ball on its way if there's any pace of width, rather than trying to force it down the ground.
They seem to have figured that out now.
After Will Jacks finds the boundary from the first ball of the set from Chris Wood, a front-foot no-ball gives Jason Roy a free hit to get stuck into.
And get stuck into it, he does, heaving it away for a flat six!

It was like a father and son running after that ball between Zak Crawley and Matthew Wade. There's a pretty big height difference.
Just one from the last two balls of that extended 10-ball set from Dan Worrall - another play and miss from Will Jacks before he guides a single to deep third where Zak Crawley fields.

It's an intelligent option from Will Jacks, even though he has hit it into his face.
He's used the pace to just help it on its way. They are just recovering from this slow start after getting used to the pitch.
