After six dot balls, Zak Crawley is finally off the mark as he slaps Matt Henry over mid-on for two.
Not timed by the England Test opener but he'll be glad to be up and running.
Excellent start from David Willey, no runs from his first five balls.
Zak Crawley does drive the last of them nicely but can't beat the fielder at mid-off.
David Willey will bowl the first ball to Zak Crawley.
Here we go.
Here come the Welsh Fire players as the usual fireworks and smoke cannons go off.
Big cheers from the crowd. Polite applause for the Spirit openers Zak Crawley and Adam Rossington.
It's all change for Welsh Fire in the pace bowling department with Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf having departed for international duty with Pakistan.
New Zealand duo Lockie Ferguson and Matt Henry come in to replace them.
As Tom Abell mentioned at the toss, there is a further seam bowling switch with left-armer David Payne in for Jake Ball.
Welsh Fire: Jonny Bairstow, Stevie Eskinazi, Joe Clarke, Luke Wells, Tim Abell, Glenn Phillips, David Willey, Roelof van der Merwe, Matt Henry, Lockie Ferguson, David Payne.
London Spirit: Adam Rossington, Zak Crawley, Dan Lawrence, Matthew Wade, Daryl Mitchell, Ravi Bopara, Matt Critchley, Jordan Thompson, Liam Dawson, Nathan Ellis, Dan Worrall.
Welsh Fire captain Tom Abell: "We would have had a bowl so both teams are pretty happy I think.
"We've got to make sure we bowl well at the start and try to set the tone.
"We've got a few changes. Unfortunately, Haris [Rauf] and Shaheen [Afridi] have gone back to play for Pakistan but Matt Henry and Lockie Ferguson come in, also David Payne is back in for Jake Ball.
"It was a nice time for a few days off. After a couple of days training, we feel well prepared for this game and our sole focus is on the next couple and trying to perform.
"We've still got a chance of qualification and that's what counts."
London Spirit captain Dan Lawrence: "We weren't actually that sure but our formula when we do well is to put runs on the board and then try to put the opposition under pressure.
"So that's what we're going to try and do today.
"We've had a really funny competition. If a couple of things had gone our way then we could be right at the top. We've had a few really tight games.
"The bowlers are clicking at the right time and the batters are in really good touch so just keep it going and see where it takes us."
Spirit skipper Dan Lawrence correctly calls 'tails' and the visitors are going to have a bat.
That seems to be the way sides are going as the tournament progresses.
After a rain delay in the women's game at Sophia Gardens - which was won by Welsh Fire - the match will start 12 minutes later than scheduled at 18:12 BST.
Don't ask me why it couldn't be at 10 past or quarter past but they like to be very precise with these things.
Here we are then at game four of the last four-game day of this year's Hundred - and it is a crucial one in the men's competition.
They all are at this stage!
Welsh Fire host London Spirit with both sides still in the six-team race for the two remaining available spots in the knockout stages.
Spirit know two wins guarantees them a top-three place. Fire likely need to do the same but even that might not be enough with net run-rate likely to come into play.
