It wasn't a bad ball but he's just played half-forward and it raced past mid-off.

That is a nice shot. The half-century has come in really good time in the circumstances and particularly with the pressure and focus on him.
Aus 153-3
Oh, sloppy. An unnecessary throw at the stumps misses, and gifts Australia overthrows as the frustration is just starting to show in the Sri Lankans' fielding and body language.
And Inglis rubs salt into the wound with a glorious straight drive for four to bring up an important half-century from 46 balls.

Marnus Labuschagne has broke his run of singles. He had moved from 10 to 31 in singles before that two.

Needing 64 to win is still probably a bit too far out to go hard and try and win early.
They won't want to expose the lower order with too much work to do.
Target 210
Dhananjaya de Silva zips through another tidy over, with just five from it, to recover slightly from the onslaught on Kumara previously.

It wasn't the worst short ball, it was well directed, but it has come straight out of the middle of the bat. It can be difficult to control those.

That is a magnificent blow. Kumara is bowling quick but he's disappearing.
Target 210
Here we go!
The short ball nearly works for Sri Lanka, as Josh Inglis' timing is a little off and the ball just plugs safely in front of the fielder running round from fine leg.
But Lahiru Kumara gets carried away and tries again. This time, Inglis absolutely launches it into the stands for six.

That is a very good shot. Playing the majority of his cricket at the WACA means it is a shot you become accustomed to.
A boundary!!
Josh Inglis upper-cuts beautifully over the keeper for four. Lovely innovation.

Josh Inglis started scratchy, and that would have given Sri Lanka hope. But he has settled down. There is pressure on him. It is a position that is so talked about it, because keepers don't often get changed, let alone after one game of a World Cup. He needs this innings for himself more than anything.
The two early boundaries got him going because you could tell he was nervous.
Target 210
A three! I do enjoy a three in white-ball cricket, so that's something.
But as much as it's simple, it's very straightforward for Australia.
Sri Lanka need some magic.
Target 210
Yeah, they're definitely set on taking 50 overs to chase down 210.
I could probably prepare tonight's dinner at the same time as live-texting this, in all honesty.
We're having salmon, for anyone who's curious.

Marnus Labuschagne has played risk-free cricket and that is all he needs to do.
Target 210
Here's Dhananjaya de Silva.
And here's another three singles.
Electrifying stuff. Cheers, Australia.
Target 210
Less than 100 required for Australia now.
Another over like this, anyone?
Russel Arnold
Former Sri Lanka all-rounder on BBC Test Match Special
Australia need to hold their nerve, that is all that is required.
Marnus Labuschagne is just looking for the singles and he's been doing it very nicely.
Tim Peach
Test Match Special producer
We're told by the ICC that no crowd members were injured by the banners that fell off the stadium earlier during the strong winds.
Target 210
Another impressive over from the spin of Dinuth Wellalage, just three from it.
I'll be quite sad if this game essentially signals the end of Sri Lanka's World Cup campaign. They have actually played some very good cricket and are so entertaining as a side.
I can't really say the same for Australia.
