It feels like something going to give soon in this game. A big shot is coming from Dawid Malan or Ben Stokes.
Malan resumes after drinks by taking a leg bye off the bowling of Zampa.
England take three more runs from the over, Zampa's gone for just seven from his three overs.

Australia's players look very confident with their body language at drinks.

The pace on the ball from Mitchell Starc will help Ben Stokes, especially as its no longer swinging. At the moment his body language is tired and I think when you are carrying an injury it can wear you down mentally.
Mitchell Starc returns after three overs of Pat Cummins.
Stokes finds two, turning the ball through backward square with the pull shot.
The players will take drinks - on rolls the truck with the huge drinks bottle, angled to the sky like a great telescope.
Zampa hustles through his over, beating Malan's outside edge.
Ben Stokes currently sits on 9 from 31 and is still looking rather scratchy.

The dew is just starting to set in. England will not want to lose any more wickets while that happens.

I once finished behind Mike Gatting in a charity race around the Lord's outfield. I retired from all sports immediately afterwards.

Ben Stokes' mantra is go harder, go harder, go harder. But there's a lot of occasions where they shouldn't do that at all. Ben Stokes is at least in a desperate state is getting his head down. You know what he should do to change his fortunes? Shave his beard off!
Malan works Cummins for two over mid-wicket and brings up the England fifty with a single into square leg.
For anyone who's interested, England's current run rate is 3.84, while they'll need 6.40 from now on.
I see what you've done there, Alex.

I heard David Warner posted a pretty slow time in a parkrun near Norwich recently. Only ever takes him a couple of minutes after seeing the Broads before he starts walking.

It is interesting to see how Ben Stokes plays here. The last two innings he's had a complete hack. Against Sri Lanka he did time a few. So he seems to be having a net here, trying to get rhythm into his batting. We know he can pick up it up later.
Australia introduce spin for the first time with Adam Zampa, the tournament's second highest wicket taker, entering the attack.
Malan takes a single before Stokes plays out five dot balls - he's on 7 from 28 and is yet to really get going.

It looks dewy. Many of the Australia players have little towels draping from their trousers.
I wouldn't risk overtaking someone nicknamed Psycho, to be honest.
I have finished ahead of former Watford, QPR and Ipswich midfielder Steve Palmer - he was nicknamed "The Professor" as he had a degree from Cambridge, and did in fact play one first class game for the university side in 1987, playing alongside Mike Atherton and dismissing Lancashire's Graeme Fowler.
Couldn't beat me though.

Not a cricketer, but I did the same parkrun as 'Psycho' Stuart Pearce once. Beat him hollow.

Malan has decided he's hung around long enough.
More signs of impetus from Dawid Malan as he cuts Cummins hard for four runs through third.
He moves to 20 from 25.
