Ind 252-1published at 35.1 overs
Cheers, Tim.
No easing in to the stint for me. Virat Kohli pulls firmly for four and moves to 84.
ODI century number 50 is very much on the cards.

Virat Kohli looks nailed on to make his 50th ODI century here.
I cannot think of anyone better to call it than Newport's finest Ffion Wynne who is on hand here to talk you through the remainder of India's innings.

That is the first over that has gone for less than three runs.
Mitchell Santner hauls it back for New Zealand with six dots to Shreyas Iyer.
A maiden. Rarer than hen's teeth today on this pitch.

RE: Alok 10:57. As long as India see the overs out, NZ will already be out of the game. Absolute domination from India up to this point.

That was just one step down and launch.

Shreyas Iyer has launched that way up into the second tier. That was a monstrous hit.
Glenn Phillips, mirrored shades shielding his eyes from the Wankhede glare, continues.
He comes round the wicket to Shreyas Iyer but a gentle off break midway through the over is launched high into the stands after the India batter dances down the pitch, full of intent.
That's a big 'un.

We don't know if we'll see Shubman Gill again but he can come back out again if needed.

India have played great. They're playing with swagger and a bit of arrogance. All great teams do that.
What will India be happy with here? 400? 420? 450?!
Shreyas Iyer is keen to get India into that ballpark, and he wallops the returning Tim Southee back over his head for six.
Meanwhile, a few whispers that David Beckham could be making his TMS debut today...

Alok Kumar: Kohli & Shreyas need to score at the same run rate which Gill was playing or at least try to close it for first 10 overs together This way New Zealand will be out of the match.

Poor ball from Glenn Phillips, angling down the leg-side and Virat Kohli was able to just tickle it fine.
Shreyas Iyer has been playing second fiddle thus far, but has quietly moved on to 22 off 19 balls.
Virat Kohli with a graceful leg glance to a Glenn Phillips' delivery, which is just slipping on to his pads. The fielder at fine leg bounds round but cannot prevent it going for four.
Kohli has 74 off 79 balls.
Virat Kohli has a plastic chair brought for him during drinks. The kind you might be able to buy at a big DIY store.
They'll be carrying him off in a sedan if reaches three figures here.
Glenn Phillips, who is 0-18 off three overs, returns to the attack after drinks.

India have been awesome in this World Cup, but they are surely due a sub-par performance and it might just come in the final.

Another expensive over for New Zealand before drinks. They're really struggling to get a grip of this game. There is a lot of talk about this pitch but it has played really nicely.
There's a few parched throats in Mumbai, and some beverages are on hand to quench them.

PariVesh: What a shot from King Kohli for that six! Best shot of the Tournament? Absolutely class!

Clever batting from Virat Kohli.
