Tuffers mentioned this earlier, and I agree with him, Ravichandran Ashwin will be under pressure. He hasn't really impacted the series so far.
Eng 38-0
Oh, that would have been special. Very, very special.
Zak Crawley tries to put Ashwin under pressure, skipping down the pitch to the last ball of the over. He drives towards Shubman Gill at short mid-wicket who leaps full-stretch, gets one hand to it but it bobbles out of his hand as he hits the turf.
Here's Ravichandran Ashwin, 496 Test match wickets to his name.

England’s performance in these tricky periods is criminally underrated in this new era. For decades we would have found ourselves 2 down and already under pressure, instead it is all back on India in the space of 20 minutes!

A solid enough start with bat and ball. Just two from it, as Jasprit Bumrah probes at Crawley's defence but the birthday boy is equal to it.
Bumrah's performances with the old ball in the first Test were exceptional, so he may just bowl a short spell here before Rohit Sharma brings him back for the ball to reverse swing.

The break came at the right time for India. The start is going to be crucial in this session for them.
It would be quite intriguing to see their bowling plans. The pace of the pitch increases the importance of the new ball.
Here we go, then. A confident-looking Zak Crawley - on his birthday - and Ben Duckett stride to the middle.
It'll be Jasprit Bumrah with ball in hand again.

A delightful morning of cricket watching by the pool in Sri Lanka. An Indian wedding and an aqua aerobics class providing the background entertainment!

It has been a good start for England. If the last two overs of the session is anything to go by, it will be very interesting.
I said it at the start but I'm not sure India has got the right combination of bowlers. I would rather have Washington Sundar for Mukesh Kumar, for both his batting and bowling to suit this pitch.
India's bowlers have seemed a little stunned by England's approach throughout the series so far, as if they didn't quite expect it to come off as well as it has.
It'll be interesting to see how Rohit Sharma goes about things, because he'll have to be proactive. They'll be happy with the turn and bounce that England's spinners got earlier, but we also know that England's batters will try and sweep almost everything.
Should be another cracking session coming up.

We've been questioning England's openers for a few years but these two have been brilliant since they came together.
They have ensured that England take the advantage into lunch and India will now be thinking that they've got hard work ahead of them.
India were bowled out for 396, which England will be happy with given the fact they lost the toss and the pitch was playing well for most of yesterday.
That left England's openers with a tricky 20 minutes to navigate before lunch. Then again, do Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett find anything tricky?
They confidently reached 32-0 from six overs, taking a particular liking to seamer Mukesh Kumar who conceded 22 from his two overs.
And something on Anderson, too.
The numbers speak for themselves, as he finished with 3-47 from 25 overs.
An economy rate of 1.88, on a pretty flat pitch and in this humidity. Just remarkable.
Before we get started on England, something on India's 22-year-old opener Yashasvi Jaiswal.
He was eventually out for a majestic 209 from 290 balls, and without him, India would have been in all sorts of trouble.
He tried to shepherd the tail but England starved his scoring opportunities, forcing a big shot that he sliced up in the air off Jimmy Anderson.
Cheers, Callum. How are we, 4am club?
So the first session was England's, pretty comfortably. Let's have a quick recap.
Is it too early for breakfast still? I reckon so. Maybe I'll just go for a walk around the house to keep me awake.
Here's Ffion Wynne to take you through lunch and the afternoon session. Enjoy.

Great session for England, they really couldn’t have asked for more. The ball is definitely spinning more today with uneven bounce.
I'm looking forward to the afternoon.
That is pretty much a perfect session for England I would say.
They took the final four India wickets for 60 runs and they've already knocked off 32 of those in just six overs.
The afternoon session could be a cracker because there were signs of bounce for Ravichandran Ashwin in that final over.
