    Thanks Ffion.

After getting through 93 overs in the normal playing hours yesterday, we've still got 36 overs left today, so we'll be going long.

Grab a brew, get the breakfast on and settle in.

Right, what does the evening session have in store for us? With England losing three quick wickets, India have opened the door - can they smash it down?

Here's Callum Matthews, eagerly awaiting to guide you through it.

Hope I never have to bowl at Tom. He’s clearly some batter!

Re Pope, I don't think I've seen the stumps obliterated as comprehensively as that. Nightmare-ish. Mumm-ra from the Thundercats cartoon back in the day terrified me. We now have Bumrah the Ever Living.

He was sensational with the old ball, as he was in the first Test.

We've seen two greats of fast bowling today in Jimmy Anderson and Bumrah - a real treat.

Ollie Pope's yorker was one of the best balls you'll see, while Root was set up perfectly by all of Bumrah's tricks and variations.

But Jonny Bairstow has kept the momentum going with his 24 from 28 balls, including four fours.

Is Jasprit Bumrah the best bowler in the world? All formats, all surfaces home and away. A mighty bowler!

If you're just joining us on this fine Saturday morning, you've missed more gripping cricket.

Ben Stokes and Jonny Bairstow are tasked with leading England's recovery, as they stutter from their position at 110-1.

Zak Crawley made an entertaining 76, scores in the 20s for Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope while Joe Root fell for five, once again to the magic of Jasprit Bumrah.

At tea, England are 241 runs behind.

Re Tom from Manchester, Pope does seem to get castled a lot like that. Thinking Starc last year. But he’s batting at 3 and facing some pretty decent pace bowling.

Well, it'd be boring if we were all the same, wouldn't it?

Anyway, Bairstow and Stokes are delighted to see Mukesh Kumar in place of Jasprit Bumrah. Bairstow crunches one through the off side for yet another boundary.

V controversial but I don’t think Pope should miss that. It’s a great ball but generally top order batters should not miss yorkers. Got his balance/feet all wrong.

Kuldeep Yadav, the most economical of India's bowlers so far, is greeted by a back-foot punch for four by Jonny Bairstow.

Looks like England are going to try and cash in on anything that isn't Jasprit Bumrah.

As a batter now you'd be looking to see through Jasprit Bumrah's spell, which might only be another over. It has been an absolutely fabulous spell.

Being a vicar, last Sunday I had to leave the final day's cricket at 7.30am for the morning services. Agonising. When everyone had gone at just past mid-day, I sat down and treated myself to 20 minutes 'live' squint-and-scroll catch-up. I still had my mic on. Unknown to me there were a few folk in the churchyard who'd come to put flowers on their beloved's grave. I avoided eye contact as I walked back to the Vicarage, hoping my several roars of delight hadn't disturbed them too much.

Anything you can do Jimmy Anderson, I can do better. I think that's what Jasprit Bumrah is up to.

He is dragging his side into a fantastic position from one where they were staring down the barrel a little bit.

That is a crucial partnership between Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes or England could end up with a 150-run deficit.
