23.3km to go
Majka and Pantano cross the finish line - but they have a circuit to complete before they actually finish.
This is an unusual occurrence for the Tour. There's even a bell ringing to signal the last "lap".
Now the category one climb back up Grand Colombier starts and they'll start negotiating the hairpins shrortly.
They will only reach 891m on this ascent, compared to the 1,500m in the previous stint up this beast.

25.1km to go
That leaves Rafal Majka and Jarlinson Pantano out front by themselves - they've dropped Ilnur Zakarin.
Alaphilppe gets pedalling to join the chase group after his mechanical. His team car is alongside, but the Frenchman is throwing a right strop about something, flinging his arms and chucking a drink to the floor. Histrionics.
27.4km to go
Julian Alaphilippe disappeared from the lead group. It turned out he had a mechanical on the descent. Not sure if it came from a fall.
But if he did fall, it wouldn't bother him.
This is what happened to him on the time trial.

32.1km to go
The yellow jersey group have descended quicker than the stage leaders, biting a one-minute chunk out of the gap to trail by 7mins 15secs.
32.8km to go
So, they're all on their way down Grand Colombier and they'll cross the finish line soon.
They won't be finished though - instead they'll go up for another stint on Grand Colombier, this time climbing through a treacherous sequence of hairpins.
Then they'll come back down again and cross the finish line for a second and final time.
37.8km to go
Astana have upped the pace in the peloton to test what Team Sky are made of.
Sergio Henao has already dropped off - can they keep everyone else together?

I don't think #bbccycling has been tweeted by a Sir before.
40.4km to go
Julian Alaphilippe and Jarlinson Pantano have jumped from the chase group to reach the leading pair of Ilnur Zakarin and Rafal Majka.
Pantano immediately goes to the front and sets the pace.
42.8km to go
Hmmm, Chris Froome's team-mate Sergio Henao has dropped out of the yellow jersey group, diminishing Team Sky's number around the general classification leader.
Today's stage includes one of the most morale-sapping events known to any competitive distance athlete.
Having to pass the finish line before actually finishing.
The riders will cross the line on their first descent of Grand Colombier - but unlucky boys, you'll need to go halfway up again and come back down.
I twice ran a half marathon where you see the finish line in your sights before being suddenly turned off to do a boring lap of a field - and both times I fell for it.
46.4km to go
Ilnur Zakarin and Rafal Majka are edging up to the top of Grand Colombier.
Majka's picked up a bag full of points - 15 - already today and he picks up another 10 by reaching this hulking hors category summit first to extend his lead in the virtual polka dot jersey.
There's points for the first 10 over the top here.

The way Chris Froome has stamped his authority on the peloton and holds his position - he showed it last year, but this year he's taken it to another level.
48.4km to go
Chris Froome continues to look comfortable in the peloton, with Team Sky taking up position at the front and dictating the pace.
His yellow jersey rivals - Bauke Mollema, Adam Yates and Nairo Quintana - are all there too.
When does someone consider trying to make a move?
49.9km to go
Rafal Majka, who is wearing the virtual polka dots, is smelling more climbers' points as he breaks away from the lead group, with Ilnur Zakarin for company.
We're 3km from the top of Grand Colombier.
50.8km to go
Through the lush, green forests on the side of Colombier we go. The sun pours down on to the riders and there's parasols and suncream in abundance alongside the road.
