Sivakov's bike looks crocked, a new one needed.
The pace eases off on the front of the peloton and the bunch comes all back together.
It means the leading group's advantage has gone back out to 2:10.
It sounds like there has been a split in the peloton due to the pace on the front.
Unfortunately, without any helicopter images because of the rain, we can't confirm that quite yet.
The race will rejoin the original route at Leyburn.

The climb, the standing water and an increase in tempo from the peloton have brought the advantage of the leading 11 riders right down.
They lead by 1:33 now.
Anyone in the peloton not wearing overshoes has just got very wet feet going through that deep puddle.

Gastauer's bike is lying just in front of the front bumper of the car and he is furious.

The leading group are riding into the mist and clouds now. You can't really see up the road.
The marshals are warning them about standing water in the road.
I can't ever remember reading a definitive explanation of why there are more punctures in the rain, Steve.
The best guess is the wet weather washes more debris onto the road that can stick to the tyres and lead to punctures.
