What can Fred Wright do here? The 23-year-old Londoner knows Mads Pedersen is the fastest finisher out of this front three. Can he shake him before then though?
7km to go
The three leaders hop over a couple of mini roundabouts and continue to fly towards the finish. Their lead is around 25 seconds.

Hugo Houle attacks... nothing doing though. Pedersen and Wright are still on his wheel.
9km to go
Mads Pedersen, Hugo Houle and Britain's Fred Wright are charging up this final incline of the day. They are working together and are now 20 seconds clear.
10km to go
The front three have a gap of 10 seconds on the next three... actually, make that 15 seconds... and more.
11km to go
Mads Pedersen has shaken the break up. Filippo Ganna can't respond and he has been dropped, along with Stefan Kung and Matteo Jorgenson.
Britain's Fred Wright is with Pedersen though and so is Hugo Houle.
12.2km to go
A reminder who those six escapees are: Mads Pedersen (Trek-Segafredo), Hugo Houle (Israel–Premier Tech), Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers), Stefan Kung (FDJ), Matteo Jorgenson (Movistar)... and Fred Wright (Bahrain Victorious).
The news comes over the radio that the chase is over behind them...immediately, Pedersen attacks!
13km to go
BikeExchange have given up the chase... no-one else is interested, and the winner will come from the six-man break.

15km to go
BikeExchange are still working very hard but they are down to two riders at the front of the peloton now, and making little inroads despite the best efforts of Jack Bauer, who is grimacing and still giving his all as he sets the pace.
18km to go
Inside the final 20km now, and the six escapees are holding firm with the gap at two minutes, 15 seconds. They are almost at the stage where they will start attacking each other but at the moment they are still working together.
Trouble for Movistar rider Enric Mas, by the way. He is ninth on the General Classification, but is off the back of the peloton, apparently with a mechanical.

23km to go
Mads Pedersen (Trek-Segafredo) will be the favourite if there is a straight race to the finish. What ruse will the other escapees try, so that doesn't happen?
None of them have won a stage of the Tour yet, so they don't have much experience here.
The other five in the break are Britain's Fred Wright (Bahrain Victorious), Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers), Stefan Kung (FDJ), Matteo Jorgenson (Movistar) and Hugo Houle (Israel-Premier Tech).
26km to go
The gap is not coming down, so we are soon going to be looking at the six men in the break and wondering how they are going to approach the run-in to Saint Etienne.
29km to go
The gap from the escapees to the yellow jersey bunch is now two minutes and 30 seconds. BikeExchange-Jayco are leading the chase, but the teams contesting the General Classification are all handily placed at the front - could one of them try something?
30km to go
Looks like someone's had a crash... fortunately this wasn't what happened to Caleb Ewan earlier, although his tumble was enough to scupper his hopes of competing for the stage win.
36.5km to go
BikeExchange-Jayco are giving this chase a good go as they race down the Cote de Saint Romain en Gal. Their increase in pace has split the peloton in two, and the gap to the six escapees is now under three minutes.
39.5km to go
That front seven is now a front six... Quinn Simmons has dropped back to the peloton.
