Michael van Gerwen is chasing a record seventh Premier League of Darts title this evening, taking him above the six held by Phil Taylor.
But history says that Gerwyn Price is the man to beat tonight, as in 12 of the 18 previous years the player who topped the table after 16 weeks went on to win the title.

Tonight's overall winner will take home £275,000 for their efforts, while the runner-up will bag £125,000.
Each losing semi-finalist will win £85,000, plus £10,000 for every weekly win during the regular season.

Six-time Premier League champion Michael van Gerwen says he is "100% fit" ahead of the finals tonight.
The Dutchman had to withdraw from his semi-final last week against Dimitri van den Bergh in Aberdeen due to a shoulder problem, but he says he is fully fit this evening.
