Tonight's second quarter-final sees last week's winner Michael van Gerwen taking on home favourite Peter Wright.

Mighty Mike beat Luke Littler in a final leg decider in Berlin and is currently second in the table as he bids to win the Premier League for a record-extending eighth time.

Meanwhile, Snakebite has been struggling of late. The two-time world champion is yet to win in the Premier League this year and lost 6-4 to Luke Humphries in the quarters last week.

Can a bit of home support help get him firing again?

Brilliant from Rob Cross to take out 116 to go to within a leg of the match.

It's not been the most entertaining of matches, I'll be honest with you.

  12. Smith now within one legpublished at 19:39 Greenwich Mean Time 15 February

    Rob Cross 4-3 Michael Smith

It's now Rob Cross who is miles behind on the scoring and Michael Smith nails double 20 for his second leg on the spin.

Michael Smith is certainly having one of them so far and as I type that he hits a 180.

Smith is on the board. Finally.
