    Are you ready? We're in for a treat now in this second semi-final.

    It's Luke Littler versus Michael van Gerwen and both of them were in scintillating form earlier in the evening.

    The Nuke averaged 103.99 against Peter Wright in a brilliant match but Mighty Mike was in even better touch, averaging 107.27.

    Nathan Aspinall's average would have been much higher than 98.74 had he been more clinical on the doubles.

    His checkout percentage was just 27.3.

    Cross averaged 98.42 and hit five maximums to The Asp's four but he falls at the semi-final stage for the third time in four weeks.

    That is a huge result for Nathan Aspinall.

    The doubles still aren't remedied but he's picked up three points tonight now, having come in with none.

    Excellent work on the set up, too, with a pair of treble 19s then, with Cross trailing, he can lay up again.

    Double 12 needed... missed on the inside. And he can't get double six either!

    Cross has a dart at double 16 to force a decider and misses.

    No mistake from Aspinall this time - he hits double three to make it through to the final!

    I am so impressed with him there though because he can't have been super confident. There was no reaction from him, I expected something.
