We've seen some terrific finishes at this tournament but Gervinho's effort is right up there. Ivory Coast have come alive. Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou are both on. Can they force a second?

    Gervinho shoots

"Brilliant feet from Gervinho. Brilliant play and an outstanding finish. He gave the goalkeeper the eyes, wonderful strike. Game on."

"Gervinho must have gone past three tackles - he skipped past the Colombian players. But I think the Colombia goalkeeper could have done better. If he gets a bigger hand on it then he would have stopped it. That will surely give Ivory Coast some momentum."

"Colombia are so good from transition to defence from attack. Once Quintero got in behind the defence it was a wonderful finish. I don't know what the Ivory Coast were trying to do playing out from there."

"That Colombia goal came from of the worst corners taken at this World Cup. It was a nothing corner from Ivory Coast and there were all the big guys in there waiting. It put so many people out of the game and we know how quick Colombia are on the break. They punished Ivory Coast. It was a suicide goal."

They can't can they? The comeback is on thanks to an excellent finish by Gervinho, who skips past three tackles before finding the net. Quality finish. Game on.

    Juan Quintero

Game, set and match. Terrible defending by Ivory Coast after they lose possession at their own corner and Colombia are on the counter-attack. Teofilo Gutierrez, who has not had the best of games, tees up substitute Juan Quintero to score.

Tariq Arafa:, external Watching Ivory Coast v Colombia, I would fancy England's chances against both if we get through our group.

Rob:, external I think I prefer the celebrations to some of the goals this World Cup.

"James Rodriguez manages to get in front of his markers - I think Bamba was the one in front and Drogba behind. Let's see what Ivory Coast have got. You would think this plays into Colombia's hands because they are lightning on the counter attack."

    Colombia celebrate

"A great celebration as well from Rodriguez. He wasn't picked up but a really good header from that position.

"The one thing the game had been lacking was a goal but Colombia have probably deserved it."

    James Rodriguez's header

James Rodriguez is a very skilful footballer so when he scores you don't expect it to be a bullet header. But that's exactly what it is as he powers Juan Cuadrado's corner past Boubacar Barry.

"Drogba has got a good response here. He is going to cause carnage in the Colombian defence. They have to get crosses in for him."

"We were waiting for the net to bulge there. Great play from Cuadrado again, he slows Arthur Boka down and turns him around then whips in the ball. The Ivory Coast keeper got away with that one.

"The pace of the game is picking up now."

It's been all Ivory Coast but Juan Cuadrado turns his marker inside out just inside the area before getting his shot away. Keeper Boubacar Barry gets his hands on the ball but it squirms on to the post. So close.

"Wilfired Bony got his angles all wrong. He could have got a header on goal, instead he tries an overhead kick and misses it."

"Absolutely sensational pass from Yaya Toure. He had a split second to weigh it up and went with the outside of his foot. Wilfried Bony pulled away - that would have been some goal. I wonder if Bony would have been better flicking it goalwards with his head.

"This game is starting to move in Ivory Coast's favour."
