BBC World's John Bennett in Brasilia: "Didier Drogba had been warming up for the whole second half in his purple bib. He'll get the nod from Sabri Lamouchi any minute now."
Easy decision by Howard Webb. Ivory Coast defender Didier Zokora with a cynical lunge on Juan Cuadrado. Zakora doesn't even try to complain about being booked.
Ivory Coast have come out in this half with purpose and intent. Now they have a free-kick just outside the Colombian area. Yaya Toure likes the look of this. He bends the ball around the wall but his effort drifts well wide.

"I'm wondering whether Yepes was going to have a little nibble at Gervinho there. Yepes claims Gervinho tried to dive but he didn't, he just overran the ball a little bit."

"Gervinho was looking for the contact. When Yepes came over he was looking for it but realised not much contact was made and made little of it in the end."

Gervinho takes a tumble inside Colombia's penalty area as Mario Yepes looks to make a challenge. Howard Webb is not interested. Good decision. Replays show there is no contact.

"The Ivory Coast have to play with a bit more intensity. There was only really one team in it and if that continues Colombia will get chances."
Heart in mouth time for Ivory Coast as Sol Bamba almost gifts Teofilo Gutierrez possession on the edge of his area. This defence is shaky at best.
Tony Bartlett:, external Come on the Ivory Coast. Bring on the win for my work team!
The teams are back out in Brasilia. No Didier Drogba yet for Ivory Coast. But how long will manager Sabri Lamouchi wait before sending on the former Chelsea striker? The Elephants need a goal. And Drogba's pretty good at scoring them.
Leroy Hung:, external Both sets of players have astonishing pace.
Simon Njuguna:, external If Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou come off the bench, Ivory Coast will go on to win this game.

Chances have been few and far between but Teofilo Gutierrez's glaring miss for Colombia has to be seen to be believed. Actually, you can see it right now if you're in the UK! Just click on the 'Highlights' tab at the top of the page.
Gary Lineker has just informed BBC One viewers that Wilfried Bony has yet to touch the ball in Colombia's penalty area. A signal for Didier Drogba to come on?
Former Liverpool and Scotland defender Alan Hansen

"What Colombia have done really well is they have sat back, soaked pressure and hammered the Ivory Coast on the break. The final ball has been a bit off. If they could get the first goal, you could see them scoring two, three or four."
"The best chance of the half was a pathetic finish from Gutierrez."
Former Republic of Ireland defender Mark Lawrenson

"Colombia started well and I think Ivory Coast were a bit scared of them. But if something is going to happen then it will come from Colombia or Juan Cuadrado - he has been very lively.
"I don't understand Gutierrez's big miss because he was looking twice behind him and not at the ball. He should concentrate on what Rodriguez was doing and putting his side 1-0 up. He's more occupied with what is happening behind him then scoring the goal. That's why he didn't score."

"The Ivory Coast are on top at the moment but they can't just find that shot on target. Both sides will feel they should be ahead. It has been an outstanding game to watch."
Abdullah Mulla:, external Noticed a lot of play acting. Howard Webb doing well so far.
The half ends with Ivory Coast reflecting on what might have been. Arthur Boka fires the ball across the Colombian penalty area to the feet of Wilfried Bony but the unmarked striker fails to make a connection. Goalless at the interval.
Half-time is fast approaching. One minute of added time.
