    "We love that human drama of penalties. There is always one person who misses and puts their country out, but there will always be that person who does score and wins the game for their side.

    "You cannot replicate the pressure of taking a penalty. This is where you need your big players and your big personalities to turn up.

    "It is all about controlling your emotions but how do you control your emotions when your country is watching?

    "That was the chance Greece had been waiting for but again Keylor Navas makes himself big. Every time Costa Rica needed their goalkeeper he has been there, just sneaking that extra yard. He has had an excellent game.

    "Going into the penalties he will be the man Costa Rica will be looking towards. He has made two or three goal-stopping saves and will be full of confidence."
