Cal, Chester: Are the Belgian players actually that great though? Or just quite decent and better than they've had for a long time? Tonight will help us see what they are made of.
Belgium coach Marc Wilmots says he is still waiting to see the best of Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard at the World Cup.
Hazard, 23, has set up two winning goals in his side's three wins but has shown only glimpses of his quality.
"I think for the moment Eden wants to do more," said Wilmots. "He can do a lot for us, everyone knows that.
"Now I'm waiting to see it. It's not a question of putting pressure on him as I know he's under a lot of pressure."
Wilmots added: "I'm waiting for him to take hold of a match and impose himself, even if he's still young to be doing that."

"Football is still a middle class sport in the United States to some degree and that will have to change before USA can become a team that can go and challenge at the World Cup.
"But that will change. Once they get a truly great, creative player to emerge and lead them it will be story over. They will be one of the biggest nations in world football and we won't be surprised to see them reaching World Cup finals."
There have been lots of stories doing the rounds in the past fortnight or so that fans in the States are finally getting on board with football.
The games against Portugal and Germany both broke viewing records in the United States, but do they really care?
A poll for NBC news, external suggests that 61% of Americans say they either have very little interest or no interest at all in the World Cup.
That's compared with only 22% who say they have a "great deal" or "quite a bit" of interest. Another 17% say they have "just some" interest.
They were arguing over what to call chips and what to put on them back then. They still are...
The United States have reached the quarter-finals once before, 12 years ago in Japan and South Korea.
A fine group win against Portugal was followed up with a 2-0 win over Mexico at this stage, Landon Donovan and Brian McBride hitting the goals.
They were beaten by Germany in the last eight, can they reach that stage again?
Belgium's best World Cup run came in 1986, when knockout wins over the Soviet Union and Spain carried them all the way to the semi-finals.
The dream ended there as they were single-handedly dismantled by Diego Maradona, who scored two belters to knock them out.
It's been slim pickings on the World Cup stage since then. Is this the time?
Peter:, external I've long been saying Belgium are like England of 2002-2006. Great players, but lack team energy. Probably too much for USA.

The city of goals should not be too sticky this evening, with BBC weather telling us there is a chance of a shower in Salvador this evening as USA take on Belgium in the World Cup.
If you missed the day's early game then you were probably in luck.
It wasn't a classic by any stretch, but Angel Di Maria's extra-time winner carried Argentina into the World Cup quarter-finals after an unconvincing display against Switzerland.
Independent chief football correspondent Sam Wallace speaking on Match of the Day: "Man for man you would pick Belgium as winners but this is a World Cup that has been about great teams, not players, as we saw with Algeria against Germany. I think there is a possibility that USA could get a shock."
BBC World's Alex South in Salvador: "Is this an omen for team USA? My taxi driver to the stadium was a Mr. Jorge Washington."
BBC Sport's Ben Smith in Salvador
"Welcome to Salvador, where the sun is just on its way down behind the hills away to my right and the temperature is starting to creep its way back down, just a little.
"The US fans are here in their thousands but there are plenty from Belgium too. The big news before kick-off is that Vincent Kompany is fit and starts for Belgium, while Jozy Altidore is not fit enough to return from injury for the US.
"It was interesting to see the Belgium players watching the end of Argentina versus Switzerland in the tunnel. The winner here will meet Messi and co in Brasilia on Saturday."

"If USA did beat Belgium I'm not sure how much of an upset it would be. I've seen Belgium play a few times here and they have not performed as well as we wanted. Their star players are yet to come to the fore, but that could change.
"USA have a fantastic work rate and they could beat Belgium. It would be slightly unexpected but on current form you could not call it a massive upset."
