    Barcelona star Lionel Messi leads a star-studded list of players who will miss the match in Dusseldorf, forcing new coach Gerardo Martino to bring in reinforcements for the match.

    It's been a busy day so far but we are now entering the business end of proceedings.

    Here's what's bubbling away in the transfer cooker:

    Radamel Falcao has agreed a loan move to Manchester United. That means that Danny Welbeck could be on his way out, possibly to Tottenham.

    Spurs in turn are having a clearout, with Sandro set to kung-fu his way to QPR and Aaron Lennon interesting Stoke.

    James McArthur is close to a £7m switch to Crystal Palace, while Hull are in for West Ham's Mo Diame.

    Micah Richards is leaving Manchester City for Fiorentina, while striker Alvaro Negredo could also be leaving City, with Valencia interested.

    Know much about Tottenham new man Benjamin Stambouli? Thought not. The 24-year-old came through the youth system at Monpellier, making his debut in 2010.

    He has made over 100 appearances for the French club, playing 37 out of 38 games last season. The defensive midfielder arrives as Lewis Holtby leaves Spurs for Hamburg, while Sandro looks set for a move to QPR.
