    City boss Nick Cushing wears his medal with pride before the players come up to get theirs. Some tired legs out there but some very, very happy faces too.

    Manchester City have won the Continental Cup, and captain Steph Houghton lifts the trophy for the second year running! Last year it was in the red and white of Arsenal, now it's the Sky Blue of Manchester City.
