BBC Radio 5 live
There was no football on television yesterday. Which, as many people Twittered, was a shame.
There is plenty to keep you busy today though.
As well as three commentaries on BBC Radio 5 live - Dover v Crystal Palace, Yeovil v Manchester United and Arsenal v Hull - and two on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra - Sunderland v Leeds and Stoke v Wrexham - BBC One join the party.
They will be live from the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal v Hull.
From the terraces of the Crabble Stadium - where Dover are tasting the third round for only the second time in their history - to the heated, padded seats of the Emirates Stadium - in front of which Arsenal and Hull will play out a repeat of last year's final - the FA Cup third round is alive and kicking like a Mexican mule.
This is how the afternoon plays out.
Dover v Crystal Palace (13:00)
QPR v Sheffield United (13:00)
Aston Villa v Blackpool (15:00)
Man City v Sheffield Wednesday (15:00)
Like so many Saturdays when you set out in search of romance, yesterday's FA Cup third round started promisingly.
For a while the unthinkable seemed possible, history and pedigree meant nothing but then cold realism intruded and left us wondering what might have been.
No matter.
The game's princes and paupers are being thrown together once again.
Let's find out who is still in the Cup when the lights come up and the music stops.
