BBC Sport's Chris Osborne at Portman Road: "The groans of frustration from the Ipswich fans are becoming more frequent and more anguished. Some are aimed towards the referee, some are borne out of their side's lack of cutting edge in the final third."
Twenty minutes left at Portman Road. Ipswich are trying to build up a head of steam but there's a leak in the boiler. They can't really get up to pressure. Graziano Pelle is now on for the visitors.
Don't forget that you can see all of tonight's goals right here. Check it out - Etienne Capoue's strike is a particular beauty.
Burnley have not shown any signs of resurrecting this tie. The first eight minutes at White Hart Lane were a dream for the travelling fans, but since then it's all gone the way of the pear.
So - where are we then? Bradford surely Chelsea bound - 20 minutes left in that one with the bantams 4-0 ahead. Spurs are two clear against Burnley - they are looking good for a home tie against Leicester. Half an hour left at White Hart Lane - and indeed at Portman Road, where Saints lead Ipswich 1-0. Is that where the drama will come from?
That Ipswich corner was not dangerous as it turns out. The crowd has just gone a bit flat. Mick McCarthy's boys need to find something to lift them.
Alex in Bristol: As a Saints fan I haven't been this nervous in years. Please get through this without losing anymore players to injury.
James in Portsmouth: It pains me to admit that I have enormous admiration for what Southampton have achieved in spite of such depletion of personnel. Good luck to them for the season. Ouch.
Ipswich look much better since the change of shape. Daryl Murphy pulls out wide and wins a corner - dangerous...
David Coles:, external When Ipswich pass it around apparently we're too cautious yet when Southampton do the same it's a showcase of Premier League quality.
BBC News School Report
BBC News School Reporters Alex and Sam from Holbrook Academy in Suffolk have sent their verdict from Portman Road on the match so far.
"Ipswich made a positive start and had a good formation with some early chances but the tables turned with that goal, which was bad luck. The atmosphere in the stadium has been brilliant. In the remainder of the second half, Ipswich need to use the wings more."

Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender at Portman Road
"Tyrone Mings has just lifted the whole place since coming on. Within a few minutes he's got involved and created a good chance."
Tyrone Mings straight into the action, whipping in a cross which Darren Ambrose heads on but it's an easy save for Fraser Forster. Ipswich look to have matched the Saints up now, it's 3-5-2 v 3-5-2.
Tottenham scored three times in seven minutes either side of the break to take this tie away from Burnley. Can the Clarets fight back?
Switch for Ipswich as Stephen Hunt's day is cut short, and on comes speed merchant Tyrone Mings. Mings usually operates at left-back but will he push on?
For a man who has looked so clinical at times for the Saints this season, Dusan Tadic is having a shoddy night. Again he breaks clear down the right but again his final ball is not up to scratch.
What is going on here?! Spurs roar back from 2-0 down to lead 4-2 now, and it's another assist for Roberto Soldado, a great low cross from out on the right to find Danny Rose storming into the goalmouth, and the left-back hammers into the net.
Andrew in Richhill: Southampton must be applauded for their tremendous work as a football club so far this season. To lose so many quality players and their manager all at once, but they've seamlessly managed to replace them with players of equally great footballing talent, they have a brilliant ability to nurture and integrate youth into their senior squad and they've installed a manager who buys into the ethos of the club. Onwards an upwards Saints!
What a comeback at the Lane! Romanian defender Vlad Chiriches is the recipient of some terrible goalkeeping from Clarets' Tom Heaton. He comes for a corner and gets nowhere near it, and Chiriches heads into the net from two yards out at the far stick.
Too much. You've done too much! Steven Davis picks out Dusan Tadic on the right wing, loads of space, he cuts inside, waits, waits, waits, takes another touch, looks to beat the final man - and loses the ball.
Is he now injured? The forward is holding his hip. Injuries beginning to rack up for the Saints.
