It's a lapse in concentration - sometimes you bring centre forwards back, they get sucked towards the ball and don't concentrate on the job in hand.     His second has sealed their win over Blackburn and the three points will put Derby level with Bournemouth at the top of the Championship, though the south-coast club have superior goal difference.
