Corner for Derby after Will Hughes' shot is deflected away. Wolves goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak elects to punch it away. Neither goalkeeper prepared to take a chance by catching the ball. A safe option, as long as you get good distance on it.

James Marshall: Big game this. Derby could really dent Wolves promotion chances with a win. Or should I say Bent their chances.

Superb stuff at Molineux so far, an enthralling encounter. How have we not had a goal though? It's coming, I assure you, it is coming!

Chance at the other end! England's top scorer Benik Afobe forces Lee Grant into a save, before Wolves then get a dangerous free-kick on the edge of the area...

...which is punched away by Grant.

Oooh! Closest we have come to a goal so far, Tom Ince an inch away from giving Derby the lead. He is picked out at the edge of the penalty area by Craig Forsyth, takes a touch before clipping a left-footed effort towards goal.

It is beyond the reach of Tomasz Kuszczak but comes back off the bar. So close!

As mentioned earlier, Derby forward Johnny Russell was wearing a mask to protect a broken nose. That has come off now. He is forced off the ball as he enters the Wolves penalty area.

Derby's Tom Ince being booed by the Wolves fans when on the ball. His father Paul used to play for Wolves in the mid-2000s, towards the end of his distinguished career. The Rams trying to find a way through, but no luck thus far.

A chant of "Benik Afobe, he scores when he wants" goes up from the Wolves fans. He hasn't done so far though. In fact, he hasn't had a sniff.

Adam David Pattison: Seems to me that Derby aren't just missing Chris Martin, they are missing the pace and flair of Jordan Ibe!

Once again it is Bakary Sako whose footwork forces a corner. He swings the ball in but James Henry's header is off target. Excellent encounter so far. A goal is coming, I can feel it.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2015

Derby striker Darren Bent is inches away from getting the opening goal. Craig Forsyth finds space on the left side of the penalty area, before putting in a tantalising low cross into the box, but Bent cannot stretch far enough to get his toe onto the end of the ball.

"Real big match atmosphere at a near capacity Molineux.

"The South Bank is already in full voice for the visit of fifth-placed Derby on an evening when Wolves, in eighth, are hoping to really send out a message to the rest of their Championship play-off rivals.

"But the travelling Rams fans have sold their full allocation of away tickets in the lower tier of the Steve Bull Stand."

Bakary Sako is causing concern to Derby defenders playing from the left-hand side. The gangly young man attempt to dodge in and out of the Rams defenders, but can't keep control of the ball as he gets inside the box. Wolves could find inroads from that side of the pitch.

Real end-to-end stuff at Molineux in the opening 10 minutes. At the other end, on-loan Manchester United man Jesse Lingard is brought down after showing good pace. Former United goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak gets good distance with a punch from the free-kick.

  15. CLOSE!published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2015

Derby get away with one. A superb delivery by James Henry from the resulting free-kick, but Benik Afobe is unable to get his feet untangled to get a shot away. Derby clear the ball to safety. A let-off.

Bakary Sako shows some neat trickery on the left side before being brought down by Will Hughes. A promising free-kick for Wolves...

The two sides have settled down early, looking to get the ball on the deck and carve out an opening. Derby forward Johnny Russell, wearing a protective mask for a broken nose, unleashes a left-footed rasping drive from 30 yards out which goes wide.

Wolves get their first chance away through right-back Matt Doherty who surged upfield, but his shot is wayward and off target.

Derby on the attack early on as on-loan Tom Ince, who courted controversy this week by rejecting a call-up to the England U21 squad, weaves his way through the Wolves side into the box before losing control of the ball.

Worrying defending there if you are a Wolves supporter.
