    Kindinu Kakumba: I believe Carlo Ancelotti is the right man to steer Real Madrid forward, he has worked wonders at the Bernabeu.

    BBC Sport Spanish football writer Andy West on Carlos Ancelotti's future at Real: "The Italian remains popular with his players due to the mature and sensible manner of his dealings with them, treating them as grown-ups, talking to them as equals and keeping any personal criticisms firmly in-house.

    "And last season's Champions League triumph, followed by a club record 22 wins earlier this season, also earned the former Chelsea boss a decent amount of leeway with the demanding Madrid fans and media.

    "Although Ancelotti's future beyond the end of the season remains uncertain, with neither he nor club president Florentino Perez prepared to state that he will stay, at least he will be able to go about his job with a greater degree of calm."

    Gareth Bale is still recovering from a calf injury and misses out, with Carlo Ancelotti making two changes from the side that started the Champions League quarter-final win over Atletico in midweek. In come Brazilian defender Marcelo and midfielder Asier Illarramendi. Javier Hernandez, on loan from Manchester United, makes only his third La Liga start after scoring the winner in midweek.

    Celta Vigo include striker Joaquin Larrivey, who scored the winner against Barcelona at the Nou Camp back in November.

Barcelona's 2-0 win at Espanyol on Saturday means Real trail the leaders by five points. There are five games remaining after this weekend. Quite simply, this is a must-win for the Champions League semi-finalists.
