Southampton's defence is utterly absent as Leicester make it 2-0. They're tuning the Great Escape into a cakewalk, it's rarely looked easier!
Jamie Vardy puts a cross over from the left and Riyad Mahrez has the entire penalty area to himself. He doesn't waste the open house and starts the party with his second goal of the day.

It's hard to describe Aston Villa's style of play. They are hogging possession and pressing West Ham back without showing any urgency until key moments - like when they play Christian Benteke through on goal but the striker is flagged offside after his shot hits the inside of the post and bounces clear.

"West Brom manager Tony Pulis is angry as Newcastle's Remy Cabella tumbles theatrically in the area. He asks someone to have a word - I've deliberately missed some of his message out there."

Remy Cabella wants a penalty as he twists and turns inside the penalty area but referee Chris Foy is utterly disinterested and waves him to his feet. Slow burner so far.
Mark Lawrenson BBC Radio 5 live
"I am pretty sure this starting XI has never started before for Newcastle and you can probably tell. It will take a bit of time to gel. There's a little bit more cohesion in West Brom's team."

"It is a tremendous start for Leicester and that it how they have been going in the last few weeks. Mahrez took his goal really well, he checked inside Steven Davis and the goalkeeper couldn't react."
Nervous defending from Burnley's Jason Shackell, stretching to head a ball away he could have left and almost nodding into his own net.
Stoke have got Tottenham penned back into their own half, yet when they give the ball away Harry Kane drives forward in buccaneering fashion but ends up rolling a cross into the keeper's grasp.
Leicester's early goal sends them out of the Premier League bottom six and into 14th in the table, two points clear of the drop zone. Newcastle are now a place outside the bottom three.
Some bad news for Leicester as midfielder Matty James has to leave the field on a stretcher after landing heavily. Danny Drinkwater takes his place.

The stats men award the first 10 minutes to Aston Villa, who almost take the lead when Tom Cleverley's low, rasping shot is beaten clear by Adrian.
Tom Huddlestone skims a low shot wide from 20 yards as Hull make the early running. Remember, both these sides are in the mire as it stands.
That Leicester goal is more bad news for Newcastle - and it nearly got worse as West Brom defender Craig Dawson crashes a header against the post!
Stoke are really getting about Spurs early on and Marko Arnautovic's cross into the box is dangerous before being cut out.

Nigel Pearson is on for manager of the season at this rate! His side go ahead again with Riyad Mahrez running through two poor challenges, firing in a shot from 22 yards which is a bobbler but right into the corner. He could not have placed it any better.

First attempt on goal of the match is a free-kick from Villa's Leandro Bacuna which goes over the bar. Not a bad effort.
Everton
Everton boss Roberto Martinez to BBC Sport: "We knew it would be difficult but I thought we completely controlled the game. You have to score goals when you are so dominant. That gives you the game. Sunderland had great belief, were waiting for their opportunity. The first goal is an unfortunate deflection, the same with the other goal.
"The downfall of our performance is we couldn't take any of the chances we created. Goals are the difference.
"In terms of the effort and the attempts, we tried our best to create something that could give us a goal. If we play that game 10 times, we will win it nine times."

"Less than two minutes in at Newcastle United and a shout of anger: 'Carver you're an idiot - get Taylor off.' Not exactly giving Ryan Taylor much of a chance there."
A couple of early corners for Stoke, the second one ending with Marc Muniesa firing in a wonderful volley from the edge of the area which Hugo Lloris tips over the bar.
