If this is David De Gea's last game at Old Trafford in a United shirt, he might as well not have turned up.

United brilliant or Arsenal poor?
Paul: Will someone tell Ozil he is allowed to shoot sometimes. For £40m he has to start taking some responsibility in front of goal instead of taking the easy option every time.

"Manchester United on top and deserve their lead - Arsenal performing like a team with eyes on the FA Cup Final."
Toot toot, end of the first period. United in front and on top.

"It was a wonderful set-piece that fooled everybody. Young runs over it, the back four drop deep, Blind ran towards the penalty spot but it hit Smalling. There was great movement, a great set-piece but they were unlucky."
Ohh so close. Daley Blind is found free on the edge of the box, he clips an effort which is heading into the bottom corner, but blocked by his own man Chris Smalling. England man defending at the wrong end there!
Again that ball, Ashley Young to Marouane Fellaini on the left flank. Foul by Francis Coquelin. Can United grab a second before half time?

"Wonderful play from Ander Herrera, he goes past three Arsenal players, Aaron Ramsey is left on his bottom, but Radamel Falcao is not expecting the ball."
United controlling the tempo of the game, Arsenal can't get near them. Radamel Falcao is trying his utmost to get on the scoresheet. Working hard but nothing to show for it yet.
It ends 1-1. Penalty time.
We've got a strategic substitution from Bristol Rovers. Get this... it's a keeper - their manager Darrell Clarke has gone all Louis van Gaal at the World Cup on us. On comes Steve Mildenhall - a penalty specialist, a former Grimsby player who has played for Town in a play-off final. And saved a penalty.
You have to feel sorry for Will Puddy, who has just played for two hours and has been replaced to be denied the chance to grab a slice of glory.
Been all United so far, Arsenal struggling to get back into the game. Phil Jones barges Olivier Giroud out of play, the Frenchman rolls down the banking and into the advertising boards. The free-kick is well dealt with by United's defence. No injury to Giroud, who gets up and skips away.
James in Bath: United have been going for the right-hand post all game. Really poor from Alexis Sanchez who should have been covering.
Great play from Juan Mata, who finds space in the box and clips a ball to the back post towards Radamel Falcao. The Colombian leaps and heads towards goal but the referee's whistle toots. Free-kick to Arsenal, nothing doing for United.

"Ashley Young's career has been revitalised since the arrival of Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford and he is giving Hector Bellerin a torrid time. This game has lacked a little in intensity, perhaps understandably with the top four places secured, but United currently posing more of a threat than a rather lame Arsenal."
Jack in Durham: I hate the arrogance of those who complain about half and half scarves. It's a great souvenir for people who don't get to see many matches live, like myself who has an Arsenal v Bayern Munich scarf from last year. For all you know that man in the picture may have travelled across the globe for this game and wants something to remember it by.
A momentary stoppage in play as referee Mike Dean has a word with Arsenal's Mesut Ozil. Professionally done from the man in turquoise and black.
Ander Herrera with another strike, this time with the left foot but it doesn't trouble David Ospina. United pushing for a second.
