The National Stadium in Warsaw falls silent as Dnipro's Matheus appears to collapse with no one near him. The medics race out to him. This doesn't look good.
The Sevilla fans are already celebrating.
Their side look well in control but it only takes a second for things to change.
Sevilla goalkeeper Sergio Rico makes a mess of that as he comes out to mop up a Dnipro attack. His clearance just goes up in the air but it is enough, just.
The team from Ukraine look all out of ideas...
Don't forget Sevilla are bidding for their fourth final win in this competition. A record. Seven minutes left.
It may be a contest held with a final Poland, and featuring teams from Spain and the Ukraine, but there is an English connection to tonight's final. Martin Atkinson is the referee, and his officials herald from the Premier League too. They are doing a god job so far.
Carlos Bacca should have been enjoying an even better evening.
He looks certain to score as Stephane Mbia's chipped cross picks him out unmarked 10 yards from goal. He fails to meet the ball properly with his head though and his bundled attempt is deflected over by goalkeeper Denys Boyko.
Dnipro are still alive - just.
Carlos Bacca is enjoying himself. He set up the first goal and scored the next two.
A match-winning performance?
Dnipro's top scorer in the competition Nikola Klainic is replaced by Yevhen Seleznyov.
Dnipro won't give up.
Artem Fedetsky twists and turns inside the penalty area before scuffing his shot into the side netting.
Is there another twist in this thriller yet?
Tony Stewart: All these defenders in the box really giving that thumbs up to Sunday League. Just hoof and run up the field, was always told.
DrKip: Which English team is capable of a high octane game like this? Preston Northend at Wembley perhaps??

We spoke of the pain in Spain (57m), how about the game in the Ukraine... fans await nervously in Kiev
Dnipro only have themselves to blame as Sevilla take the lead again.
They sky the ball up in the air to put their defence under real pressure. Stephana Mbia prods the ball forward, Vitola slides it through and Carlos Bacca is in the right place to drill home his seconds.
History beckons for Sevilla.
Chris Cox: Good to see football back under the spotlight after todays events in Switzerland.
What happened there Chris?

Another right wing corner and more chaos in the Dnipro box. The ball flashes across the face of goal and is picked up on the left by Ever Benega. He pushes the ball past Ruslan Rotan before going down. There looks little contact. No penalty.
Are we seeing signs of Dnipro tiring? I wouldn't be surprised. Their work rate has been tireless but this last 20 minutes could hurt,.
Another corner for Sevilla.
As we enter the last 25 minutes, Sevilla are slowly getting on top.
They have another corner..... and another.
There is huge scramble in the penalty area, the ball drops at the feet of Grzegorz Krychowiak but his volley from lose range is blocked and the ball is cleared.
Ridley Kemp: Re 57m: What I want to know is, why is the man in the background wearing a scarf which reads "Grimey"? A nod to Frank Grimes?

Sevilla should be ahead. Stephane Mbia heads over unmarked from a right-wing corner. He runs back with his head in his hands. He knows that is a chance.
Yevhen Konoplyanka continues to buy a ticket.
This time he shoots from 30 yards and, again, it doesn't trouble the goal. The Dnipro man will get one right eventually though...
Adam: I don't get all the people saying English teams aren't taking Europa seriously. Everton certainly did this year, we just weren't good enough against a high quality Kiev side. Fact is some of these European teams are very talented, but we ignore that because they aren't in a "big" league
