What was I saying? Forget that.

A brilliant forward's goal from ex-Blackburn man Nikola Kalinic as Dnipro take a shock lead.He flicks on a long ball, gets himself into the penalty area and is in the right place to head home to Matheus's cross from the right.

Could there be an upset on the cards?

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 19:52 British Summer Time 27 May 2015

Dnipro look up against it early on. Sevilla are almost camped in the Ukrainians' half as they look for the early break.

Referee Martin Atkinson waves away a penalty appeal from the Spaniards as Jose Antonio Reyes goes down under the challenge of Ruslan Rotan. A half-hearted shout to say the least.

    Ukrainian Premier League

Myron Markevych, Dnipro coach: "It's true we weren't planning on playing in the final this season, but you get more appetite once you start eating. Once we beat Olympiacos (in the round of 32) I started believing that we could go to the semi-finals at least.

"I am a fan of Spanish football, that's true. Not only me, though - many people all over the world are fans. I like their style of play, how the team performs on the pitch. I think Sevilla are quite similar to Napoli, probably because they both have Spanish coaches and the way they play is similar.

"If I said the players were not worried, that would not be right. Of course they feel nervous, but the important thing is that they stop being nervous as soon as they get onto the pitch."

    Spanish La Liga

Unai Emery, Sevilla coach: "Details matter a great deal when two teams like this play each other over 90 minutes. It's going to be a close call, so our concentration and focus must be more than 100% to ensure that the details work in our favour.

"Dnipro are a very well-organised team - their defence is really solid. They are also skilled at pressing up front, so keeping hold of the ball is not going to be easy for us. That is one of the keys to their success; they can really press the opposition.

"We have analysed and studied Dnipro. We have gathered information from Juande [Ramos], as well as [former assistants] Marcos Alvarez and [Juan] Muniz because we want to know them in detail. All three of these have worked at Dnipro and they know them well.

"I don't have a crystal ball, but we'll see what we can do. On the basis of what's happened up until now, we know this will be a very difficult match."

    Europa League

No-one wants to play in the Europa League, right?

Common theory paints the competition as a hindrance, but does it actually harm a club's Premier League hopes?

BBC Sport studied 10 seasons since the Europa League - from last season's competition - introduced group stages to find exactly what impact a campaign has on league performance.

We crunched every season-on-season position change and analysed each league result which followed a Europa League fixture and found the following.

  16. European Experiencepublished at 19:39 British Summer Time 27 May 2015

    Spanish La Liga

It isn't just Sevilla as a team who are experienced in this competition.

    - Their Portuguese defender Daniel Carrico has made more Europa League appearances (group stage to final) than any other player in the competition's history - 47.

    - Midfielder Jose Antonio Reyes is Sevilla's most experienced European campaigner with 90 UEFA club competition games to his name.

    - Carlos Bacca is the only player to have featured in all 14 of Sevilla's games.

Blackburn fans will remember Nikola Kalinic. The Croatia international arrived at Ewood Park from Hadjuk Split in 2009 - for in the region of £6m - and scored seven goals in 33 appearances in the 2009-10 campaign.

But Kalinic stuck just eight times in 21 games in his last season and slipped down boss Steve Kean's pecking order.

Sevilla will make history if they win tonight. No other team has won the Uefa Cup/Europa League on four occasions. They are currently level with Inter, Juventus and Liverpool with three victories.

Sevilla's record is all the more impressive considering all their successes have come since 2006. They do love the Europa League.

Johnny Magrinho: Any game taking place in Wales other than Swansea & Cardiff. Even the locals don't speak the language so what hope have we got?

Rich: I'm a Newcastle fan, first time I saw them play was against Ferencvárosi of Hungary. Still not sure I'm pronouncing it right.

Sevilla have very happy recent memories of the Europa League title, having won it this time last year.

They beat Benfica on penalties to win the Europa League in Turin, their third triumph in the competition in nine seasons.

Will it be a fourth in 10 this evening?
