    Again he comes out to meet the ball, heading it out from the edge of the area to around 40 yards out, Kemar Roofe takes a touch and lobs it into the net.

    Neil, Basildon: The best League Cup experience of my life was when Southend United beat Manchester United 1-0 and Freddy scored THAT goal.... Amazing free kick sent Utd packing and the Shrimpers into the quarter final..... The worst cup experience... Going to White Hart Lane to see us robbed as we could have beaten them at a penalty shootout!
