So, Celtic out of the competition. It could have been even worse for the home team but one late chance for the Dutch side was scrambled clear before Yaya Sanogo shot wide from a tight angle.

Diego Contento won't be very contento with that as the ball drops to him a few yards out and he volleys over. 

The Reds are almost there. Three minutes of added time to go.

Henri Saivet has a go from the free-kick but it's parried away by Simon Mignolet.

The Reds make a switch now and Divock Origi replaces Jordon Ibe, who comes off the pitch slowly.

Free-kick to Bordeaux in a really good position as Dejan Lovren fells Diego Rolan.

Celtic, who need two goals in three minutes of injury time, are down to 10 men. Charlie Mulgrew has gone off injured and they've made their three changes.

Liverpool striker Christian Benteke is booked for a late tackle. Five to go.

Dearie me - almost an equaliser for Bordeaux. Substitute Nicolas Maurice-Belay with a neat touch that sets up a shooting opportunity but that is where it goes wrong. His effort is blazed over the crossbar.

Leigh Griffiths is denied at one end and then Amin Younes hits the post for Ajax. Four minutes left.

So a reminder of where we stand. Celtic need a goal (either in their game or in the group's other game) to stay in the tournament. 

Liverpool are through if they don't concede - but if Bordeaux do level, it goes down to the final day.

They react by making a change. Nicolas Maurice-Belay replaces Jussie.

The French visitors going out as things stand.  

James Milner hits the side-netting with a shot. And moments later Roberto Firmino is replaced by Adam Lallana.

The Reds have a corner now, they're not looking too nervy. About 15 to go at Anfield too.

Leigh Griffiths has a great chance to put Celtic ahead after breaking the offside trap but his shot is too near Jasper Cillessen and it's save, the ball rolling out for a corner.

From that corner, Jozo Simunovic has two or three chances to turn it in but fails. Fifteen minutes left to save their European season.

Callum McGregor almost scores his second goal, but his long-range effort deflects off a defender and hits the angle of bar and post.

They need to score to stay in the tournament.

Fenerbahce have scored against Molde through Fernandao in Group A - as it stands Celtic are out.

The Hoops are still 1-1 with Ajax.

Dutch side Groningen have equalised against Marseille - it's 1-1 in France in the Group F game.
