Tonight's Match of the Day 2 goes out at 22.40 GMT and this is the view pundits Phil Neville and Martin Keown will have of the action as they decide on what/who to run the rule over.

Here we are at Emirates Stadium and presented with that most unlikely scenario - Arsenal and Manchester City chasing down Leicester City to see who can be closest to the Foxes at Christmas.

In this season of unpredictability, Arsenal and manager Arsene Wenger may never have a better chance to win their first Premier League title since 2004.

If they win tonight they can make a statement and move to within two points of Claudio Ranieri's side - but City can also put a marker down against the side expected to be their closest title rivals.

We head into this evening's match with Arsenal second, five points behind Leicester. Manchester City are a point further back in third.

I don't know what to expect tonight. This season's Premier League is about as predictable as the ending to the new Star Wars film.

What? You didn't know?

I'm only pulling your leg. I've not watched any of the Star Wars films so this is a spoiler free zone.
