Scotland win 6-0 away against Gibraltar
Tom Rostance
NORTHERN IRELAND TOP GROUP F
Did anyone have a punt on this?
It is a huge day for Irish sport. Northern Ireland have won their group, and in the rugby Ireland beat France 24-9 but saw Johnny Sexton, Paul O'Connell and Peter O'Mahony suffer injuries.
Faroe Islands 0-3 Romania
So Northern Ireland top Group F, with Romania finishing second and qualifying after a 3-0 win in the Faroe Islands. Hungary lost 4-3 to Greece and finish third, so will wait to find out if they qualify automatically or have to go through the play-offs.
Poland v Republic of Ireland (19:45 BST)
After Shane Long's heroics against Germany, Martin O'Neill's side can get their names on the list for Euro 2016 this evening.
A win in Poland and a place in the finals is theirs.
A 2-2 draw - or higher, so 3-3 etc - and the Republic are there in place of Poland.
A 0-0 or 1-1 draw in Poland could be enough to qualify - but only if Georgia win in Germany.
Unlikely? yes. Impossible? No.
Defeat in Poland and it's the play-offs for the Republic.

Matt Rhodes: So N. Ireland, Iceland and Albania have all qualified for Euro 2016. Who would have predicted that at start of campaign?
You can't script sport Matt. Except for nearly all of the time...
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
As the Republic of Ireland gear up for their big match in Warsaw, neighbours Northern Ireland are celebrating their magnificent achievement of topping Group F.
Hugs, backslaps, joy all round from the men in blue this evening. Bring on the draw in December!
Poland v Republic of Ireland (19:45 BST)
Evening all!
Martin O'Neill makes five changes for the key game in Warsaw. Seamus Coleman returns at right-back, Shane Long is rewarded for his goal against Germany with a start and James McClean adds some width. Looks quite an attacking side to me. Can they do it?
Republic XI: Randolph; Coleman, O'Shea, Keogh, Brady; Whelan, McCarthy, Hendrick, McClean: Walters, Long
And let's end on a high. Shamoon Hafez signing off and in comes the man Tom Rostance.
Enjoy!
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Former Northern Ireland defender John O’Neill
BBC Radio Ulster in Helsinki
"It wasn't the best of games but at the end of the day Northern Ireland got the point they needed to win the group.
"What more can you ask?"
Armenia 0-3 Albania
It's finished Armenia 0-3 Albania, which means Albania have qualified for a major tournament for the very first time.
They overtake Denmark to grab second spot in Group I, behind Portugal who won 2-1 in Serbia.
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Only a draw, but a point is enough for Northern Ireland to top the group. A superb effort from Michael O'Neill's men.
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Finland goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky comes charging out for a long punt up field and deals with it well.

Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
It's a poor free-kick, hitting the first man.
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland have a free-kick deep in the Finland half...
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Three minutes of added time.
Greece 4-3 Hungary
Yep Hungary will finish third in Group F now, as Greece go 4-3 up with a goal from Panagiotis Kone four minutes from the end.
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
A minute to go, is there a winner in this?
Finland 1-1 Northern Ireland
Former Northern Ireland defender John O’Neill
BBC Radio Ulster in Helsinki
"It's a sloppy goal, and we knew it was coming. Northern Ireland had given too much possession away, all night.
"Finland have deserved the goal, in the second half there's only been one team to threaten."
Paulus Arajuuri
From outta nowhere!
Teemu Pukki sends a cross across from the right towards Kasper Hamalainen, who cushions a lovely header into the pass of centre-back Paulus Arajuuri.
What he's doing up there I don't know, but his first touch is beautiful to set himself up, before converting a low finish with his second.
Northern Ireland will still take a draw, but they should have held on for all three points.
