  3. Managers the focuspublished at 12:58

Liverpool v Manchester United (14:05 GMT)

    Leon Osman
    Everton midfielder on MOTD2 Extra

"Traditionally there was Steven Gerrard and Gary Neville, but they have gone. That is why we are talking more about the managers' style, rather than anything that might happen on the pitch."

  4. FULL-TIMEpublished at 12:56

    Valencia 2-2 Rayo Vallecano

Paco Alcacer's late goal rescues a point for Valencia. Gary Neville will take that but he remains without a La Liga win since taking over at the club.

  5. 'Subbuteo players'published at 12:55

Liverpool v Manchester United (14:05 GMT)

    Leon Osman
    Everton midfielder on MOTD2 Extra

"I have only ever had two managers, neither charged off the line when we scored. Jurgen Klopp is great to watch, charging up the line. I think most players will tell you they want to be left to get on with their game rather than being played like Subbuteo players."

  6. Postpublished at 12:53

Liverpool v Manchester United (14:05 GMT)

Jonathan Pearce, who is commentating on Liverpool v Manchester United for the BBC today, has just been on MOTD2 Extra. The man looks cold. In fact, he looked like Jack Nicholson at the end of the Shining. Someone get that man a Bovril...

  7. 'Fourth is Spurs' to lose'published at 12:51

    Tottenham 4-1 Sunderland

    Chris Powell
Former England full-back on MOTD2 Extra

"Spurs not getting a top four place would be a disappointment because of the season they have had - they have only lost three games. The feeling within the club is that fourth position is theirs to lose."

  8. Postpublished at 12:50

    Tottenham 4-1 Sunderland

It was a good day for Tottenham yesterday, although it didn't start too well as they fell behind to struggling Sunderland. However, thanks to Christian Eriksen, Mousa Demebele and Harry Kane, they ran out comfortable winners to move into the top four...

  9. goal

GOAL - Valencia 2-2 Rayo Vallecanopublished at 12:45

    Paco Alcacer

The lows and highs of management in one minute for Gary Neville. Paco Alcacer has a goal ruled out for offside - with replays showing the goal should have stood - before then grabbing a legitimate goal from close range to pull Valencia level. Only injury time left. Can Neville's men win it?

  10. 'They will be quietly happy'published at 12:44

    Aston Villa 1-1 Leicester

    Chris Powell
Former England full-back on MOTD Extra

"Leicester got three points at Spurs. I think Claduio Ranieri would have thought if they drew at Spurs they would want to win away at Villa Park. They got four points from those two games and they have come through good periods, just done the other way around. They were in a position to get the second goal and would have definitely won the game, so I still feel they will be quietly happy."

  11. Postpublished at 12:41

    Aston Villa 1-1 Leicester

Defying all the critics, Leicester remain firmly in the title chase - in fact, they currently lead it. However, they will be disappointed not to have won at bottom club Aston Villa yesterday evening after having taken the lead and missed a penalty...

  12. 'City are vulnerable defensively'published at 12:39

    Manchester City 4-0 Crystal Palace

    Leon Osman
    Everton midfielder on MOTD2 Extra

"Manchester City six have or seven outstanding attacking players who are really difficult to contain at the Etihad. But if you can try and get that goal then they can be beaten. They are vulnerable defensively. But they are a quality team and I would say they will win the title."

  14. 'Chelsea are in a bad place'published at 12:35

    Chelsea 3-3 Everton

    Chris Powell
Former England full-back on MOTD2 Extra

"Chelsea did not win a game pre-season, then there was the Swansea incident and it has carried on and carried on. Teams score goals against them and get results. They are in a bad place, I can't believe it, they are in a relegation fight."

  15. 'Add time for both teams'published at 12:30

    Chelsea 3-3 Everton

    Leon Osman
    Everton midfielder on MOTD2 Extra

"To have gone two goals up, be pegged back by Chelsea, but then found that extra goal, it should have been the winning goal. To lose it by an official's mistake was disappointing. In Ramiro Funes Mori's defence, when you score a goal you think is the winner, you will go and celebrate with the fans. I would be interested to know when John Terry scored and he celebrated whether time was added on? If you do it for one goal, then do it for both."

  16. goal

GOAL - Valencia 1-2 Rayo Vallecanopublished at 12:26

    Diego Llorente

    Valencia weren't level for long.

A well-taken close-range finish from Diego Llorente, who is on loan from Real Madrid, puts the away side back in front.

It is going to take some turnaround now if Gary Neville is going to get his first La Liga win as Valencia boss.

  17. 'A disappointing journey home'published at 12:24

    Chelsea 3-3 Everton

    Leon Osman
    Everton midfielder on MOTD2 Extra

"The mood after was disappointment, to have gone to Stamford Bridge, led the game twice and come away with the draw through no fault of own is upsetting and it was a disappointing journey home."

  18. Postpublished at 12:22

We'll focus on Liverpool v Manchester United on a bit. First, though, we'll have a listen to MOTD2 Extra and bring you the best of what is said, starting with Leon Osman's view on his side's 3-3 draw at Chelsea on Saturday...
