Sam Hill: At a Portsmouth reserve match at Havant & Waterlooville FC the stadium announcer starting reading out the number plate of an illegally parked Mercedes-Benz 'that will be towed away unless moved immediately'. The car belonged to a very embarrassed then Portsmouth Manager Harry Redknapp! He got up out of his seat to cheers and laughter from the Portsmouth fans.
Adam Hunt: Easy.... I was there at Norwich v Man City for Delia's 'Where are You' rallying cry!
Clare Butterworth: Liverpool FC a good 15 years ago - 'would Mr so-and-so please call his wife urgently'. About twenty minutes later - 'please can Mr so-and-so call home immediately, your wife has gone into labour'. Then just after the second half re-started - 'Mr so-and-so, it's a boy'. Very funny at the time (although probably not for Mrs so-and-so!

"Defending is about taking responsibility for own man. You have got to take responsibility and keeping clean sheets now, I think, is a dying breed. Everyone wants defenders to come out and play with the ball. What happened to clean sheets?"
QPR 1-0 Wolves
I was just about to tell you that the game at Loftus Road has kicked off - when QPR took the lead.
Sebastian Polter has scored in the second minute. Big header.

Jay: All Klopp needs to do is make his players wear a Suarez mask in the tunnel before kick-off. Norwich will self destruct. #bbcfootball
Liam Stones: Great to see Lallana out of the team and Ibe in. Lallana isn't good enough and Ibe needs the experience #lfc #bbcfootball

If you're in the Bournemouth area and you haven't set off, forget it. Not going to happen.

Kevin Kilbane
Ex-Everton winger on Football Focus
"Steven Naismith has an incredible work ethic to his game. You only need to look at Twitter this week to see the appreciation Everton as a club have for him.
"This season he has scored goals including a brilliant hat-trick against Chelsea. He will bring Norwich more than goals and desire, he has that quality as well."

"They need goals. They tried with Benteke and now Firmino. They have only scored one goal in five away games. That is nowhere near enough."

Daniel Marsh: The best PA has to be at half-time of 1987 league cup semi how Spurs fans can get tickets for the final. .and promptly lost the tie...oops
Stuart Mitchell: At a game in Scotland recently the away team scored an injury time and the scorer was announced as Dick Turpin.
We are still keen on hearing your excellent PA announcements you've heard at games...

Jurgen Klopp is out on the pitch at a sunny Carrow Road, will Liverpool get back to winning ways in the Premier league this lunchtime?
Good afternoon everyone - all set for a belting afternoon in the top flight and beyond. Back to t-shirt weather in Norwich where the Norfolk sun is cracking the flags. Will Steven Naismith wipe the smile off Jurgen Klopp's face and further endear himself to Evertonians?
That's where we are off to first...
Speaking of clocking in, time for Tom Rostance to evict me from the hotseat and take over the controls. He'll be with you for all today's Premier League action...
Watford v Newcastle (15:00 GMT)
Deeney scored the only goal as Watford beat Newcastle 1-0 in the FA Cup earlier this month
The three o'clockers
Four of the top five all face each other in League Two as the push for promotion places heats up.
Leaders Plymouth travel to resurgent Bristol Rovers, who are fourth, while Portsmouth (fifth) host third-placed Oxford.
Which could all end up being good news for second-placed Northampton - providing of course they can see off Morecambe at Sixfields,
