All this chat about Saido, but let's celebrate a man who gets on with his business without anything nearing a grumble.

England keeper Ben Foster will make his 200th Premier League appearance tonight. He's kept a clean sheet in 53 of his 199 appearances so far.

So how much would it take for you to part with Saido Berahino?

£25m? £25? A packet of Monster Munch (other maize-based snacks are available).

So if you weren't watching every mind-numbing second yesterday of people desperately trying to talk about a transfer deadline day without the key ingredient of transfers, you may have missed the latest chapter of the Saido Berahino saga.

Six months ago, the striker threw his dummy out when West Brom blocked a move to Tottenham. This time around, the bolshy Baggies turned down a whopping £21m from Newcastle United for the 22-year-old.

But back-page writers and social media scoffers were left disappointed when Berahino kept his council last night.

Obviously it was the right thing to do, and well done to him for that. Ruddy boring though.

    He's on the bench tonight.

West Brom make five changes from the side that drew with Peterborough United in the FA Cup.

Midfielder Sandro makes his debut after his move from QPR and Darren Fletcher returns from a knee injury. But Saido Berahino's dead leg keeps him on the bench a day after the Albion turned down a £22m offer from Newcastle for the striker.

Swansea are unchanged from their last outing - a 2-1 win over Everton. But there's a new face on the bench, as striker Alberto Paloschi is named in the squad after his move from Chievo.

I've not slept all night, I'm wired on coffee and I'm starting to see weird images in front of my eyes (such as Tony Pulis dancing to the Ketchup Song dressed as a marshmallow).

    And I'm STILL WAITING, Saido.

But alas, it would seem young Berahino kept to his word and, like a good boy, went straight to bed rather than tweeting about never wanting to play for West Brom ever again.

I mean, who would do that, right?
