    Both sets of players run to McPake's aid and it looks like a bad injury for the Dundee defender.

  4. The visitors respond with a bit of concerted pressure but John Rankin's eventual effort is well off target.

  5. Eiji Kawashima is forced to make an early last-ditch clearance and save on his Dundee United debut after a poor passback from Gavin Gunning. 

    Gary Harkins has a go but is denied by Kawashima after the goalkeeper had cleared under pressure from Kane Hemmings.

    Dundee's game against Celtic on Wednesday was called off due to rain and though today's match against United has gone ahead, the conditions look difficult for both sets of players.
