This time it's Tom Cleverley, whose attempted cross sails all the way across the box and comes back off the post. Ben Foster lost the flight of that ball. How have West Brom not conceded yet? Incredible.

It's a wonderfully executed effort from Ross Barkley from the edge of the area, curling on goalwards but his shot cannons back off the post.

Like I said earlier, West Brom can cause problems from set pieces. Salomon Rondon gets on the end of a free-kick and pokes his shot narrowly wide.

At the other end...

Ten minutes to half-time, and this has been an excellent contest. Everton knocking on the door for an equaliser, West Brom working hard to keep it shut from the other side.

This is much more encouraging for the Everton supporters and West Brom are hanging on.

Winger Aaron Lennon's shot into the ground is looping in, but Ben Foster can tip the ball away.

Defender Ramiro Funes Mori has another effort at goal, taking the ball down beautifully on his chest, but his shot is smashed wide of goal.

Ross Barkley, who has impressed for Everton so far this season, lets fly with an effort that deflects wide.

From the corner, Ramiro Funes Mori's towering header is blocked on the line by West Brom - the closest the home side have come to a leveller.

Are the home side about to find the equaliser?

Romelu Lukaku, to Ross Barkley, to Tom Cleverley inside the box but the Everton midfielder is crowded out and can't get a shot away.

West Brom had eight men plus the goalkeeper behind the ball there, very compact and the Toffees are in a sticky situation.

Boss Roberto Martinez throws his hands in the air and the home fans are whistling with frustration at every second wasted by goalkeeper Ben Foster. Could be a long afternoon for the Merseysiders.

Just some warning signs for West Brom.

Both managers are standing on the touchline, keeping a close eye on proceedings.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis, in his tracksuit and cap with his hands in his pockets, will be happier than compatriot Roberto Martinez, who has his arms folded.
