Just three games in the Championship this afternoon, and only two goals so far.

It's Rotherham 1-1 Charlton in the battle at the bottom of the table, where the Addicks took the lead through Simon Makienok in the second minute. But Chris Burke - formerly of Rangers - has levelled it up.

No goals at Bristol City v Birmingham or Huddersfield v Cardiff.

Palace winger Wilfried Zaha bursts through the middle of the Stoke defence and slots the ball through the legs of goalkeeper Jakob Haugaard and into the net.

Arsenal 1-0 Burnley - Calum Chambers (19 mins)

Pick this one out. Some neat and very patient build-up play from the home side is intricate around the edge of the 18-yard box and eventually Calum Chambers appears as an overlap option. He gets it fed into his path and from the right of the area, curls with the outside of his boot across goal and into the corner.

Tom Heaton dives and is waving at it as he does so. It just arcs around him and nestles.

    Arsenal 0-0 Burnley

Arsenal have given Burnley two decent openings but are also looking threatening themselves, enjoying the vast majority of the ball.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is the latest to fire wide via a deflection. Debutant Mohamed Elneny not seeing much of the ball in midfield. He plays one pass which gets the home fans purring but it has too much zip on it, goal kick.

  11. Good response from Villapublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2016

    Aston Villa 0-1 Man City

BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

Former Blackburn goalkeeper Tim Flowers: "Teams down at the bottom might crumble when behind against Man City but Aston Villa have responded well and are actually the side in the ascendancy. What they can't afford to do is go 2-0 down."

    Aston Villa 0-1 Man City

After City's bright start, Villa are coming back into this well. In fact, they are the side on top.

They're dominating possession and Scott Sinclair - a former City player - looks lively.

These two teams contain so many players who used to play for the opposition. Richards, Delph, Sinclair... I'm sure there'll be a few more.
