In contrast to the Championship, in League One it's the top of the table that is of the greatest interest, with only Walsall of the top six still in the cup.
That presents an opportunity for leaders Burton to open up a seven-point lead over the third-placed Saddlers if they win at Rochdale.
Second-placed Gillingham head to Blackpool while Wigan,Coventry and Millwall can all improve their prospects with home wins.
And with leaders Northampton not playing in League Two, Plymouth have the chance to take over at the top if they beat Wycombe at Home Park.

With 10 Championship sides having made the fourth round, today's league programme has been hit, with only three games left.
And it's all eyes on the battle to beat the drop, with three of the bottom four sides in action.
At the New York Stadium, fourth-from-bottom Rotherham could cut Charlton and basement side Bolton adrift if they overcome the Addicks to open up a seven-point buffer over their opponents.
And Bristol City, boosted by this week's arrivals of forward Lee Tomlin and left-back Scott Golbourne, will climb out of the bottom three if they beat play-off-chasing Birmingham City at Ashton Gate.
Huddersfield against Cardiff is the day's other game.
