Odion Ighalo (89 mins)
Who else? Odion Ighalo hammers home from eight yards after Forest fail to clear. Watford deserve it.
Bolton 1-2 Leeds
It's all happening! Bolton hit the post through Gary Madine. Close but it's not quite right...
Portsmouth 1-2 Bournemouth
David Pleat
Former Tottenham boss on BBC Radio 5 live
"Really unlucky for Portsmouth. The ball was swirling around in the six-yard box, Bournemouth were throwing so many players forward but it looked like Marc Pugh who got the final touch. Portsmouth have been terrific today. They've played really, really good football."
Tom Sargent: Considering the price of Martial; I'd love to know how much Iheanacho would be worth! What a talent.
Shaun Whalley (87 mins)
Shrewsbury peg back their Championship visitors! Shaun Whalley saves the embarrassment of Jean-Louis Akpa-Akpro, pouncing on the rebound after his team-mate's penalty was saved.
Jon Taylor (86 mins)
Unbelievable! Albion prove that old cliche of 'teams are the most vulnerable when they've just conceded' is right. Posh substitute Jon Taylor converts the second equaliser.
Marc Pugh (83 mins)
It's all going wrong for the lower league sides now. Good determination from Lewis Grabban sees him spin his marker and cross from the right, where the ball comes back off the bar. A scramble follows and ends with the ball being bundled home by Marc Pugh.
Saido Berahino
Phew! A collective sigh of relief around The Hawthorns as Saido Berahino fires in from an acute angle to restore Albion's lead. Team-mates Pocognoli and Myhill should be rushing up there to thank him after their error.
West Brom 1-1 Peterborough
Dion Dublin
Final Score
"The equaliser is avoidable. The full-back is in a very good position to clear it, but Boaz Myhill says he's coming then doesn't. Normally you would go with laces but Shaquile Coulthirst went for the placed finish. The celebration needs some work though."
Arsenal 2-1 Burnley
It's still all-Arsenal as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain fires over from 16 yards out.
Liverpool v West Ham (17:30 GMT)
Jurgen Klopp has been having a right old moan about fixture congestion and now he's approaching the fourth-round tie against West Ham in the much the same he took on Exeter in the third round.
After Liverpool played 120 minutes against Stoke in the Legue Cup on Tuesday, Klopp makes 10 changes, with only goalkeeper Simon Mignolet surviving.
West Ham, meanwhile, keep six of the players that drew 2-2 with Manchester City last week. Electric-heeled box of tricks Dimitri Payet starts.
Shaquile Coulthirst (79 mins)
West Brom pair Boaz Myhill and Sebastien Pocognoli will be hiding behind the cushion when they watch Match of the Day later. It's a footballing horror show. The pair leave a long ball to each other, allowing Shaquile Coulthirst to nip in and equalise out of nothing for the League One side.
Danny Williams
Game, set and match? Surely. Danny Williams scores on the break.
Darren Pratley
Bolton corner, Leeds partially clear, Wanderers skipper Darren Pratley fires in. Game on...
Ben Marshall (77 mins)
Ben Marshall curls a free-kick over the wall and into the back of the Oxford net. Rovers easing through.
Lews McGugan (76 mins)
Lewis McGugan loves a long-range screamer. Fortunately for Sheffield Wednesday, that's just what he has grabbed. The Championship side look to be edging through against lower league opposition.
Aston Villa 0-4 Man City
BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra
Former Blackburn goalkeeper Tim Flowers: "Iheanacho had been quite quiet in this second half, but what a horrendous error by Aston Villa. A poor back pass, he is in the middle of the Man City half when he attempted that back pass!"
Crystal Palace 1-0 Stoke
Stoke need a goal. Quick. So they turn to Peter Crouch. Today is his 35th birthday...an equaliser will be better than a victoria sponge cake.
Raheem Sterling (76 mins)
This could be a cricket score. Villa have one, two, three chances to clear and the ball ends up being slammed home by Raheem Sterling. Sailing through.
