That's all from me folks. Many thanks for joining us for today's action. It wasn't a classic, although there were moments of high drama.

It's Morton v Rangers in the Championship tomorrow and there will be Scottish Cup action on Tuesday, so we'll have that covered.

Enjoy what's left of your weekend.

  2. 'No problem with red card'published at 14:56

Hearts head coach Robbie Neilson on BBC Radio Scotland

"I thought we kept our shape well when we went down to 10 men. I've got no qualms about the red card. We created some good chances and could have won the game. Hamilton at home is a really difficult place to come, with the wind and the (artificial) pitch that they train on every day. The players gave us everything and that's all you can ask."

You can see highlights of today's game and all of the other Premiership action from the weekend on Sportscene tonight. That's on BBC One Scotland at 22:30 GMT.

Saturday's highlights will be online from 18:00, while it will be midnight before you can see today's 0-0. That watershed is perhaps apt, given the violent nature of both red card challenges.

  4. 'A point gained' for Acciespublished at 14:50

Hamilton boss Martin Canning on BBC Radio Scotland

"Overall, it's a point gained. I'll never question the boys' attitude and work-rate. We controlled large parts of the second half without quite doing enough to win the game. Michael McGovern has been excellent for us all season and his save at the end has got us the point."

Hearts are now eight points behind Aberdeen in the race for second place, although I'm sure Dons fans will still harbour hopes of going one better and catching Celtic.

The BBC Radio Scotland team reckon Martin Canning will be the happier manager, having watched his side keep a clean sheet after that eight-goal drubbing at Celtic.

It nudges Accies away from Kilmarnock in 11th place and draws them level on points with neighbours Motherwell in ninth.

Here's the moment Jesus Garcia Tena was sent packing by referee Bobby Madden. The Hamilton defender let his side down with a stupid tackle, just as Igor Rossi did in the first half.

One red card each and one point each is probably fair. Hearts created the best chances even though they were down to 10 men for much longer, hitting the crossbar twice in the second half and drawing a couple of good saves from Michael McGovern. Accies had a lot of the ball immediately after the break but did not manage to do much with it.

    Hamilton 0-0 Hearts

Is that the last chance? The ball breaks for Juanma on the edge of the six-yard box but out flies Michael McGovern to make a brave save. Top goalkeeping.

An extra two minutes are added. Will we get a dramatic winner?

Hamilton are hanging on now as Hearts pile on the pressure.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 86 mins

Hearts hit the crossbar with a header for the second time in this second half and this time Dario Zanatta really should score. He was right in front of goal and didn't even have to jump. Bad, bad miss.

  14. RED CARDpublished at 85 mins

It's 10 v 10 as Jesus Garcia Tena thunders through the back of Arnaud Djoum. Ridiculous challenge. Simply ridiculous.

  15. Postpublished at 84 mins

Prince Buaben has a nibble at the ankle of Dougie Imrie on the edge of the penalty box and the Hamilton man has a wee think about it before going down in a heap after stepping inside the box. Never a pen...

Jesus Garcia Tena and Juanma exchange a few pleasantries, in Spanish presumably, as they clash and the Hearts sub has a naughty wee stamp on the leg of his compatriot.

Hearts are looking stronger now, having absorbed some hefty pressure from the hosts. This one is on a knife edge as we enter the final 10 minutes.

  18. Postpublished at 77 mins

Eamonn Brophy, who scored Hamilton's solitary goal in their 8-1 thumping at Celtic, is on for Darren Lyon. If he repeats the trick today, it could well be more significant...

  19. Postpublished at 75 mins

The rebound from Augustyn's header fell to Callum Paterson but the Hearts full-back couldn't get the ball under control and was crowded out by a frenzied pack of Hamilton players.

  20. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 74 mins

So close for Hearts! Alim Ozturk turns winger with a lovely turn and cross and his central defensive partner Blazej Augustyn thumps a header against the crossbar, with Michael McGovern well beaten.
