Damning assessment of Sakho's ball-playing ability from Craig:

Everytime Sakho gets the ball to feet he looks like a drunk new born deer startled in the headlights

In the Championship, David Nugent netted late on to make it 1-1 against Blackburn for Middlesbrough, while Sam Vokes hit the winner for Burnley at home to high-flying Hull. Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's home hoodoo is over - his QPR beat Ipswich at Loftus Road though a late Matthew Phillips winner. And a late, late win for Bolton at home to Rotherham.

Walsall had enjoyed a productive season in League One before today, but fell 3-0 at home to Millwall, Lee Gregory netting his 17th and 18th of the season. Southend stole the Essex derby, Adam Barrett's towering 88th minute header featuring in a 3-0 win over Colchester.

And 51 goals this season for Northampton in League Two, whose 2-0 victory was over sorry bottom side York, reduced to 10 men in the second half. And Luke Berry's cool penalty late on sealed Cambridge's one-goal win over Dagenham & Redbridge, who remain in the relegation zone.

There is one happy side at Anfield - they are currently handing their horrible green and yellow shirts out to the away end. There is only one set of happy fans, and they are currently singing and dancing in said end. The other set of players were off the pitch as quickly as their fans departed the stands in the 77th minute. Liverpool is not a happy club at the moment.

I imagine that last 13 minutes will have done nothing for poor Jurgen Klopp's appendicitis.

Mignolet getting a lot of stick. Nothing new there.

Mark Duffell: Wouldn't be Saturday without the alliteration of  'Mignolet' & 'mistake'. He signed his contract at the right time didn't he?

Jenrade: Mignolet walked away with the Liverpool fans

Anthony Lait: What does Mignolet do in training to justify an extended contract? ,

Sunderland level! In a half-full Anfield, the Black Cats have snatched what looks likely to be a valuable point. Jermain Defoe (who else) has bagged it. He has barely had a sniff, but such is his quality that when a chance comes his way he takes it. The ball is fed low to him in the box and he has a Mamadou Sakho as a marker but he turns like a flash and hammers in a low shot. You have to wonder; just what impact did the departing home fans have on their side? Since the supporters left they have thrown away a 2-0 lead.

Tense final few minutes, Villa have surely done enough though.

Norwich and now Stoke taking a lot of criticism for their defending. They do miss Shawcross badly.

Kris Jefferson: Stoke the most unbalanced team in the league? So much attacking potential, but so weak in defence without Shawcross.

David S: Stoke's record without Shawcross is worse than abysmal. Shows what a top class defender and leader he really is

West Brom looking to snatch a late leveller at St James' but James McClean's low cross swings through a number of bodies without a goal-bound touch. Someone take a gamble.

    Tottenham 1-0 Watford

No shots on target for Watford but they are getting a tad closer as Troy Deeney leads a counter before feeding a pass to Odion Ighalo, whose strike is blocked.

    Three minutes remaining.

Simon Mignolet will be glad so many fans have left so that his blushes are somewhat spared in the immediacy. This goal is his fault. He dives to his left to try to save Adam Johnson's free-kick but lets it squirm past him and into the bottom corner. Sunderland still have an interest in this game.

    Liverpool 2-0 Sunderland

Adam Lallana strikes a rising shot into the side-netting. The cheers would have been underwhelming had that gone in as the stands are now emptying quickly at Anfield. The fans are making their point.
